The artwork is much richer and clearer than the later editions, and no logos. Orchid disc was printed solid blue due to some miscommunication like a wrong hex code, and the liner page is the white negative instead of black, but it actually looks kind of cool or unique at least.
Got some of these on my trip to Beyond the Gates in Bergen, got the rest waiting for my return.

I have been trying to catalog my collection and I was very hyped to find out I own this album. It’s actually a pretty good listen which I’m grateful for since this album cover deserves some solid music behind it. I’d recommend checking out the track The Parasite. It’s quite Maiden-y.

I know Hirilorn isn't Deathspell Omega, but since their split-up ultimately led to the creation of Deathspell Omega, and since the guitar work of their later releases can already be recognized on this recording, for me personally it will always be the first—or maybe better, the proto-Deathspell Omega.
It was also the first album by these artists that I ever bought.
