Hi CBWT! I have adhd and my apartment is spiraling out of control. It’s a small 1b 1bath but I feel like I have no idea how to declutter and actually organize my stuff. I’ve kinda given up on sorting it out myself and I’m looking for a professional organizer. That said, I need someone non-judgmental with experience with adhd. While creating something aesthetic would be lovely, I’ve given up on dreams of ever maintaining something cute. I’ve been dealing with a terrible amount of joint pain, tendinitis flare-ups, and possible hypermobility issues recently, and I’ve yet to find an orthopedic doctor who actually takes my pain and concerns seriously. I can’t help but assume this is partly because I am an overweight woman (gotta love it!)
Does anyone have an ortho rec who you feel like actually listens to you? Or cares at all? Would love a female physician but willing to try anything at this point. Please let me know!! Thanks!

Where is everyone going for affordable Botox for their underarms? My own dermatologist quoted me 1600 (not covered by my insurance), a couple medapas I called quoted me 1200. Should I just assume it will be this expensive everywhere? I’m in the uptown area but will go anywhere reasonably in the city. Unless you ladies have good suburbs recs that might be cheaper, open to that too!
