just started my online review for the CPALE (May 2027 pa me). and why do i feel overwhelmed watching the MAS review ng ReSa? like sobrang hina ng foundation ko so I enrolled since sabi zero-based, but I still feel na ang bilis ng pace, then titingin ako sa self-test Qs, tapos parang hindi natackle yung iba sa discussion. maybe in-skip na since for most "common knowledge" na siya. it's probably a "me" problem, pero valid opinion ba siya? am i the only one?

Hi pooo, balak ko mag take this Oct 2026, ask ko lang if enough na ba yung 6 weeks for mastery and recall? From 2nd week of Sept to 1 week before mag CPALE balak ko sana mag sagot sagot nalang ng mga PBss and PWs ng different RCs. Sapat na po kaya yon? Isasabay ko rin sana manood ng live lecs namin kase until 1st week of oct pa ata klase namin. Thank youuu.

Hello po! Nag-condi po ako last May 2026 CPALE and I'm planning to take this October.

Medyo confused lang po ako sa requirement for NBI clearance. Yung ginamit kong NBI clearance nung first filing ko last May is valid pa hanggang ngayong September 2026. Since ang filing period for the October exam is from July to September, plan ko sana gamitin ulit yun para makatipid at iwas hassle.

Pwede kaya yung ganoon since valid naman siya habang ongoing ang filing period, o strict si PRC na dapat valid pa rin ang NBI clearance hanggang sa mismong araw ng exam (October)?

Baka may mga repeaters/condi rito before na nakasubok na ng ganitong scenario, or baka may alam sa exact rules ng PRC. Pwede ko pa ba i-upload/gamitin yun, o mas ligtas na kumuha na lang ako agad ng bago?

I planned on taking the May 2026 board exam, so I enrolled last August 2025 pa. Sa isip isip ko I have plenty of time kahit na pagsasabayin ko ang work. Pero nawalan ng motivation, tinamad, at hindi nanamana ko natuloy.

And here I am again, enrolled sa RC for October 2026. Ngayon lang ako nagenroll kung kelan 1 month na nagstart ang klase.

Kaya ko pa kaya? Kasi iniisip ko na baka this time, na onti lang ang oras ko. Makapagfocus na ko.

Hi! I am a working reviewee planning to take in May 2027 and I am still torn where to enroll. My weakest subjects are really FAR AFAR and my foundation is not really good. Could you please recommend any RC that I can complete their coverage with and at the same time really retain knowledge? It's almost enrollment season. I have CPAR in mind for FAR but they say CPAR is good if the foundation is okay. Any thoughts?

Hello. I am planning to take the exam on May 2027. That is why I planned to double review since I have weak foundation, most of the topics were not taught properly or I forgot it na. I am currently enrolled in October 2026 batch and I am extremely overwhelmed. We have live lectures every weekend and I am unable to keep up with the lectures since I have to relearn what I watched live and answer some topics in reviewer books. To those who double reviewed and passed, okay lang po ba magiging strategy ko for the next 11 months:
• July-October Prerecorded videos
• November-May F2F Live Lectures

I have no experience in taking mock boards, I don’t think I can take the scheduled PBs since I have so many backlogs, planning to take the PBs nalang sa May 2027 batch. 🫠

Hello please help me out. I’m planning to review for 2027 (may or oct), which review centers do you recommend?

Plano ko kasi sana mag 2 RC its either RESA x Pinnacle or CPAR x Pinnacle.

Weakness ko siguro FAR, AFAR and AUD hindi nag work sakin profs ko nung undergrad for this subjects, survival mode lang ako sa kanila. For MS and TAX okay naman ako mabilis ko magets theories but yung problem solving medyo madami lang talaga so retention ang problem ko.

Hindi ko din alam pa ang diskarte kung sino main rc and sino supplemental

Working reviewee ako may wfh ng 2 days per week so kaya ko mag aral halos ng maayos for 4 days a week yung 3 days na rto siguro pa isa isang subject lang

i took the recently held CPALE (May 2026) but unfortunately failed. now, i'm currently trying to find a job. any tips for a working reviewee with a weak foundation? during the past review, i was okay with both MS and Tax pero pagdating sa actual BE, sila ang lowest ko. Idk where it went wrong. Probably baka weak parin talaga ang knowledge ko sa anim na subject.

REO was my review center this past review. I learned a lot and naging helpful naman yung materials and lectures and all the things they provided for us reviewees. But since I'll be working now and is aiming to take the October 2026 or May 2027 CPALE, hingi lang po sana ako ng tips para sa magiging review routine ko.

• Which review center po kaya ang magandang enroll-an as a working reviewee? (Audit/Tax Assoc po ako)
• What books would you recommend na magandang may physical copy ako?
• Sinong authors po ng books ang usual niyo pong gamit for practice?
• My weakest is AFAR po, how could I learn its concepts po kaya? I really tried my best using different mats pero hindi ko parin siya magets.

Planning to take boards sa October 2026, yung puso ko nagsasabing kaya ko kumuha this year pero yung isip ko parang gigive up na. Nag start ako mag review nung May, pero up until now nahihirapan pa rin ako especially FAR and AFAR, tried some techniques and strat na advice rin ng iba pero wala pa rin :(( Been consistent studying everyday with konting number of hours lang since 6 hours above, di na kaya ng utak ko mag digest. Nag practice rin ako ng problems, pero parang nawawalan ako ng pag asa kasi most of the time mali yung mga sagot ko. Tinatry ko talagang intindihin ang FAR at AFAR pero parang malayo pa talaga ako. Di ko alam kung kaya ko ba this october 2026. Nagwoworry na rin kasi ilang months na lang pero ni isa sa far at afar wala akong namamaster pa.

Planning to take the October 2027 CPALE pero I want to enroll sa Pinnacle online review for their May 2027 and October 2027 batches (start of access Sept 2026).

Graduated in 2019 pa and never tried to take the CPALE.

No plans in taking a long study leave from work. Siguro mga few days lang before and during the CPALE.

Getting married din early next year kaya ayaw ko i-push magtake ng May 2027.

Takot magtake at bumagsak kaya it took me this long to be ready hehe + life happened.

Just thinking about it, nahhomesick na agad ako and let alone, reviewing pa away from home. I don't think I can study properly if I'm not with my family or my usual environment. Want ko sana pure online nalang whole review period, pero may mga nagsasabi na maganda daw ftf. So naghybrid ako, nag-opt na 2x a week ftf naattend at uwian. Nakakapressure lang sa mga kaklase kong nagdorm/condo for this lol.

For context, 2019 pa po last take ko and ang pinaka feared subject that time is Taxation, na dahilan bakit maraming bumabagsak. Curious lang ako kasi parang MS na po yung ganitong cpale subject now. Not saying madali MS noong time namin but ang nababasa ko pong comment lagi is parang alien daw tanong ngayon. Can someone describe po paanong parang alien? May mga questions/problems po ba kayong naaalala and madedescribe niyo po ba sila? Or kung may alam po kayong sample problems na close sa MS sa actual BE? Natatakot narin po kasi ako sa MS, pero di ko alam kung paano siya paghahandaan kasi di ko na alam kung anong aspect niya yung naging dahilan bakit sumobrang lala yung hirap. Thank you po sa sasagot.
