i reallyy want to believe in myself that i can do it in the October 2026 CPALE. pero syempre nandyan pa rin yung overthinking, esp now na almost 2 months na lang board exam na, and i am still not complete with the topics. ang dami pang backlogs sa FAR and RFBT. also, hindi pa ako nakakapagtry magsagot ng mga practice questions sa review books since im mainly relying on handouts. im consistent naman with the review but ang nangyayari kasi is studying the topic takes too much time (around 4 hrs) then i only have 1-2hrs to answer practice questions.

then, dagdag pa na nakakalimutan ko rin yung mga naaaral ko. yung mga past handouts na nasagutan ko last time confidently, now im lost where to start again para masolve siya. im estimating na matatapos ako with all the topics ng 1st week ng october, but may enough time pa kaya for mastery and recall? honestly, i don't know what im doing anymore. parang pumapasok lang lahat sa utak ko then lalabas din sila kaya im overthinking lately if kaya ba this Oct 2026

I have reo handouts unused coz I enrolled multiple times and just used the first set. I have 3 sets of HO's.

for those who are now CPAs, would you recommend to devote time to memorize the many tax forms and deadlines? 🥹 did any of these appear in the actual BE?

there's so much info na with the rates and requisites for certain things to be deductible, etc + don't even get me started on RFBT and MS formulas...

anong RC or books po ba yung halos similar yung questions from the actual CPALE? sabi po kasi nila, CPAR for AFAR. how about other subjects po?

currently still catching up my lots and lots of backlogs and tbh im not quite sure kung kakayanin mag take but just incase iniisip ko lang gaano katagal ba ang pag process balak ko kasi wag muna isipin for now kasi naaanxious ako :(

Helloooo. I tried requesting for my NBI clearance renewal via the website. For some reason laging nag e-error pag dating sa payment. It doesn’t go through kapag credit card option and when I select naman via Pay Maya nag ca-crash lang siya and walang QR. However may natanggap ako na text message from NBI with the reference number. So i tried using that sa Maya App since may option doon to pay for government fees. I used the reference number from the text message and successful naman ang payment. Wala akong natanggap na any confirmation from NBI after that tho. Okay na ba ‘yon?Worried lang ako na baka may next step pa pala dapat after and hindi ko makuha ‘yong clearance. Anyone else had a similar experience? Huhu. TYIA!!

AFAR PDJ reviewer book nabobobo ako dito kahit may solman parang hindi ko maput together yung mga pieces kung bakit ganon yung solman, please help HAHAHA.

Hi! I just want to write my frustrations about myself here. I am currently reviewing for CPALE October 2026, and here I am, doubting myself again. I started my review ng June but it feels like wala akong natututunan. Hindi ko alam if nabuburn-out ba ako, or distracted, or what. I really want to pass the CPALE because I want to live the life na, kasi for years of living in this earth, wala akong ginawa kundi mag-aral. A lot of people I met found me boring, pero anong magagawa ko? Wala naman akong choice kundi ang mag-aral. I came from an average family, hindi kami mayaman so wala akong karapatan na magback-out sa choice na pinili ko ngayon. Since undergrad, grabe ako mag-aral like I will do everything to pass every subject. Pero now, bakit ganito? It feels like I'm not doing my best eh, pero hindi ko mafigured-out if anong mali sa akin. Tapos now, I often think of the scenarios where I didn't pass this yr, hindi ko kaya, hindi ko alam kung paano ulit haharap sa iba kapag nangyari yon. Kasi all my life, they know me as an intelligent child, a student who always at the top, and a woman who never failed.

Today, I still study pa rin naman, I still show up to my desk and finish the lessons as long as I can, pero bakit ganito yung feeling ko? Sobrang bilis ko madistract tapos tutunganga nalang ako. And I don't want this kasi the plan nga is to pass the CPALE na this year, I even want to be one of the topnotchers, so ambitious, right? haha. I also took my preboards and my raw score is average 50%. Nakakaiyak kasi some of my classmates during undergrad topped the preboards, but me? nasa top 700+, and it made me question myself again, kaya ko ba? kaya ko pa ba? Pero hindi ako pwedeng magback-out, hinihintay na ako ng pamilya ko.

I love this profession so much, I enjoy everything about this, ito yung childhood dream ko e, and I'm one step closer na. Imagine, I even graduated with flying colors. Pero bakit kailangan kong maging ganito? Bakit ngayon pa? I don't want to stop. I'm scared... I'm scared of everything that might happen this year.

So what will I do? Please, tell me what to do. Please, motivate me. Please, open my eyes. Please, make me realize things. Because I'm getting crazy, but I know for sure that failing would be the end of me...

hello po! in a few months magsta-start na po integs namin and gusto ko po sanang mag-enroll sa affordable RC. nakita ko po dito na nirerecommend ang LVL UP and want ko po sanang hingiin reviews niyo sa mga nakatake na. also, mas okay po ba yung self-paced (6k) lang or yung may live lectures (10k)? medyo malayo po kasi ang price

also, nakita ko rin po yung Redefine and Titan rcs po, sa mga nakatake sa kanila, ano po thoughts niyo?

Hello! I'm planning to enroll for the May 2027 CPALE. Same lang ba handouts/materials nila, online and f2f?

to give some background, 1 year na akong nagrereview. di pa ako naka attempt mag take ng boards kasi di talaga maganda foundation ko, especially sa FAR and AFAR. now, naka enroll ako sa CPAR (hybrid) and honestly nakaka-keep up naman ako sa discussions ng profs dun (by this I mean I understand their discussions). ganito so far yung ginagawa ko during review:

- watch their weekly online lectures. I make sure na may sagot na yung handouts ko before ako pumasok sa klase nung reviewers para may konting idea ako kung paano siya ihahandle, and when I can nagtatanong lang ako sa reviewers if there is a faster way to solve/tackle the problem
- I have my own notes na based sa discussions ni Sir Brad nung naka enroll ako sa Pinnacle a while ago, and dinadagdagan ko nalang ng other information galing sa discussions sa CPAR
- nagpa-practice ako sumagot ng problems, specifically sa Prac. Acc ni Valix
- I study 6-10 hrs a day (kasama na dito yung time na pumapasok ako sa face-to-face classes) and I study one subject per day, pero minsan lumalagpas when I’m “in the zone”

despite doing all of this, I don’t think I have mastered anything from these subjects. na o-overwhelm ako whenever binabalikan ko yung handouts, where kapag nakikita ko yung problems parang nakakalimutan ko lahat ng pinag-aralan ko. what am I doing wrong? how on earth do people approach and master these subjects? or bobo lang talaga ako? any advice will do pls huhu 71 days na lang before boards and kinakabahan na ako HAHAHA 🥹

can't afford for double rc and i am torn between Reo or Resa. target ko rin po sana is pure online lang po.

for background, hindi naman po super weak na weak ang foundation but i graduated a year ago, and during our integ, may foundation na po ako sa Pinnacle. 🥹
