[NEW FINDS] marked with **

- EPs, or misc. albums:

Computer Says Move (2009 - 2010 Cut Album)

Computer Says Move is a cut album featuring 80+ "songs" (quotation marks because they likely weren't fully written, and likely just small riffs.) that were eventually scrapped, said by the band's guitarist at the time, Lincoln Parish, "Nobody in the band really liked the ideas". A small fraction of the songs were recycled into parts of Thank You, Happy Birthday, and the other 60+ songs were lost to time. (source, Wikipedia,

Live At Grimey's
A 5-track EP released before TYHB, which featured some songs off Self-Titled, and a pavement cover song.

- Unreleased Songs:

Beaches In Tennessee - A mysterious song that popped up randomly one day advertised with spongebob and ryan gosling videos…??? Could be the first single from LP7. (it was, now obsolete & released)

Dying In Reverse - Another single from LP7. Yet again advertised with spongebob and ryan gosling videos. Wtf is this marketing (Also now obsolete & released)

**Make It Easy - The third and supposedly final single to release with LP7. This song sounds pretty cool!! (Yet AGAIN being marketed with Spongebob and Ryan Gosling videos. Seriously?!?!)

**Unknown Nick riff song (Aye aye yah) - Probably a new song from LP7, Not much is known of it besides a short clip from Sadpony’s IG story.

**You Had to Be There - Unreleased Perfect Confusion song not included on their debut.

**Move Your Feet - Another unreleased Perfect Confusion song. Also not included on their debut.

Vampire - From the demo sessions of Social Cues.

Mrs. Operator - Also from the demo sessions of Social Cues.
https://youtu.be/Jh6zCmHmaso?si=84LlWM1eEljuirtc

She Want My Baby - Was supposed to end up on TYHB, according to Jared, but Matt couldn't come up with lyrics that he liked so they cut it. They only played it once at a show back in 2012 on a BBC show. (Potential CSM song?)

Good Kids Don't Feel Pain - Unknown, unreleased song that matt performed onstage solo during a concert with other musicians

The Family Secret - From the Social Cues Demo Sessions.
https://youtu.be/haS8djfPDRc?si=1oL_dwKvs65rNeWi

Baby Blue - This one was a B-Side to the Come A Little Closer '45 vinyl single. It never was released to streaming platforms but it was fully created and is an amazing listen.

Jesse James - Like the previous one, this one was also a Melophobia B-Side that didn't get on the album, it was the B-Side to Take It Or Leave It's '45 single.

Testify - This one was written between TYHB and Melophobia, it was likely supposed to end up on Melophobia.

Which Girl - This one was performed at a concert sometime ago, and it was never really acknowledged ever
https://youtu.be/wGFjITQ8__o?si=xBZWm7aDc4nbrkZw

The Golden Age - This one was also performed at a concert a long time ago, but given a recent Instagram story on either Matt or CTE's official account, This song was produced, mastered, and ready to release, with a question box "Should we release this?" with a 96% upvote rate.

Why So Cold? - This was a song performed for a concert, Marvin Encore, and was the intro/outro tune heard in Right Before My Eyes' Unpeeled version. It was likely supposed to end up on TMIP, and is a fairly nice soft tune to listen to.

Social Cues ((Hide Me In The Back Room)) / It's on Amazon Music, but not major streaming services like Spotify or Apple Music. It's a slower paced, remixed version of Social Cues which features Matt rapping at the end. It was made for their Night Running tour when tasked to create an alternate version.

- Renamed Songs:

Stage Ninja - VERY early version of Love's The Only Way

Maybelline - Early version of Aberdeen (The name was changed after Matt kept rehearsing "ABERDEEN" in Scotland during a tour.)

You Got The Best Of Me Now - This was likely a VERY early version of Black Madonna, it was played at an Unpeeled concert in 2018, but nobody was permitted phones so it is lost. (There were videos in the past, but have since been taken down.)

Pompeii - Early version of Ready To Let Go, likely just a demo at the time.

- Acoustics, covers, etc:

This is a more known section, with it being covers, and Acoustic versions of songs.

Acoustic: These are TYHB songs that were originally on the 2nd Vinyl disc of the exclusive republish.

Bands associated, or were Cage at some point in time:

Perfect Confusion - Matt, Jared, and Brad's old highschool band that released a self titled album on Spotify, which is definitely worth a listen.
https://open.spotify.com/album/1SJUt2FWkzDwlPk9yyxlPy?si=e4iUzXhFRnm_Z1Y0riSLpQ

Left Nostril - Matt Shultz' middle school band, Unknown if they made original songs or not, this was an experimental band, and more of trivia than an actual entry here.

Brad The Dad - Matt Shultz & Brad Shultz Jr's father, was a musician who went by the alias "Brad The Dad". (if it's confusing, their dad's name is Bradley Shultz Sr. and the one you know is Bradley Shultz Jr.)
All 3 of them, Matt, Brad Jr. and Brad Sr. made an album under their dads alias called "The Dream Project". id give it a listen if i were you, it's cool

Unrelated - but worth checking out

Castle Champ - Jared (CTE drummer’s) side project he’s creating with his daughter. You can find their music on a lot of streaming platforms i’m sure

That's all for now, if you know of any more unreleased CTE media, comment it below and I'll add it!

First one: the oldest ever, released with the song for probably about one day before it got changed.
Second one: The standard single cover art that stuck around until the album released i think, then it got changed
Third one: the one we all know today
