It lied to me. I didn't get 150 bonus stars. Also, now I have to manually enter all the receipts information to get stars. It doesn't automatically give them to me anymore when I purchase with my Carl's Jr account

DO NOT GO TO CARLS JR. DRIVE THRU. ITS ALL AI AND REALLY ANNOYING AND CREEPY.
Wait, Carl’s Jr. seriously uses AI at the drive-thru now? I asked if I was talking to a real person and it replied, “What? A hamburger?” I do not want human interaction replaced by some confused robot just so a giant company can save money. Huge turnoff.
