I just noticed in WolfWalkers is that while Cartoon Saloon changed the aspect ratio of certain scenes to showcase the tension of the scene, here though Robyn's hair literally breaks out of it showing she has had enough of having fear to fight for not just the freedom of the WolfWalkers but her own

Fun Fact: this almost did become true, in a draft for the Movie Robyn, who was running with Mol's wolfskin, would have actually been shot by Bill who confused her with a real wolf. This ended up being scrapped after the idea of the wolfskin was replaced with the transformations.

I love when Cartoon Saloon does small things like this. In Song Of the Sea, in a specific scene, Saoirse's shadow is in the shape of a seal. And in WolfWalkers Robyn's and Mebh's astral projections aren't just generic Wolf representations but they have subtle details that reflect their Wolf bodies.
What's your favorite detail about any of Cartoon Saloon's work?

Fun Fact: "town tasties" was just a placeholder name that Tomm Moore came up with as the way Mebh would refer to bread and milk but since literally no one in the crew could come up with a better name it just stuck in the final script.
