2 bedrooms in South End or Plaza Midwood?

Relocating to Charlotte this fall from Greenville, NC. My boyfriend and I are looking for a 2 bed because we both work from home, we are hoping to stay around $2000 on rent but willing to spend a little more. I know we are looking at some of the more expensive neighborhoods, but are there any complexes you recommend that aren’t more than $2500 a month? Or does anyone know of any townhouses or condos? Thank you in advance 😄

Do amenities really matter for someone moving in alone trying to meet folks?

Hi, I’m a 28-year-old single guy moving from Boston to Charlotte. I’m hoping to find a place in the south end so I can be close to work. Do you think it’s important to have good amenities, especially if they help you meet people?

I took a few tours in the south end and I’m pretty happy with what I’ve seen. One place that really stood out to me is Camden Gallery (okay, it’s priced well and in a great location). Kingston (124 E Kingston) has an amazing pool and a ‘luxury’ vibe, but it’s a bit pricey. What do you think? Also, how do single guys usually meet people? Built my life in Boston and kinda stressed about moving alone.

Looking for a room month-to-month for 2-6 months

Hi, I'm (35 M) moving to the Charlotte area and looking for room for the next ~2-6 months while I sell my house and shop for one locally. I'll be starting a new job on Aug 17 in industrial automation at a few sites between the airport and Concord. I think my main site will be in Huntersville, so I'm looking for something on the north side, or maybe towards Concord, but I'll consider anywhere within 30 mins. I'm only moving from Columbia, SC so I'll really only be there at night Monday-Thursday until I can get moved unless something goes wrong at work. Thanks
