Chelsea fans and Enzo

I’ve been wondering about something. If Enzo Fernández ends up staying at Chelsea for the long term instead of leaving, how do you think the relationship between him and the fans would develop?

After everything that’s happened over the past couple of years his performances, the criticism, the transfer rumors, and the ups and downs of the team—do you think the majority of Chelsea supporters would fully get behind him again if he continued to perform well? Or has the connection with parts of the fanbase been permanently damaged?

Would consistent good performances and commitment be enough for him to become a fan favourite, or do you think some supporters would always want him sold regardless?

I’m interested to hear what Chelsea fans genuinely think, especially those who’ve followed the club closely over the last few seasons.

Enzo vs. Cape Verde: 103 accurate passes, 3 accurate long balls, 2 shots on target, 2/2 successful dribbles, 5 progressive carries, 6 recoveries, 3 defensive contributions, 5/9 ground duels won, fouled twice, 120 minutes played.

[Cerchione] Granit Xhaka would be outside Chelsea's parameters, as for a footballer over 30, they would never invest 25 million pounds. For the boy, a real tug-of-war is underway between Xabi Alonso and the club.

Chalobah

Hello everyone! I’m an Italian Inter Milan fan, and I wanted to ask you about Trevoh Chalobah because I’ve never really watched him play.
The latest rumors say that we’re close to signing him.
What’s he like as a player? Is he a solid defender? Is he reliable and composed, or does he tend to make mistakes and leave space behind? I’m really curious to hear your thoughts!

Liverpool Supporters Needed – Master's Dissertation Survey (8-10 Minutes)

Hi everyone,

I'm currently completing my Master's dissertation at Newcastle University and I'm researching how football supporters perceive sponsorships and digital content in professional football.

I'm looking for Liverpool supporters to complete a short anonymous questionnaire exploring topics such as:

• What makes a football sponsor feel genuine (or forced)?
• Which sponsorship campaigns stand out?
• How digital content and player involvement influence supporter opinions.

It takes around 8-10 minutes, and you don't need any marketing knowledge - I'm simply interested in hearing supporters' honest opinions and experiences.

I'd really appreciate anyone who could spare a few minutes to help.

[Cerchione] "Today one reads about an alleged offer - reported by those who, until I wrote it, didn't even know that Chelsea were after Xhaka - of eight million pounds from the Blues for the Swiss player, immediately rejected. Xhaka, if the deal closes, will be paid about 30 million euros."

Xhaka rumours

Sunderland fan coming in peace. I’ve taken a couple of days to sit and digest and I’d love to hear your views.

I’d hate Xhaka to go and would feel let down by the ‘passion’ and ‘commitment’ he promised us on the last day of the season. But there is obviously some truth given that an offer has been made. But something just doesn’t feel right.

I’ve seen suggestion on your subs that the offer may be disingenuous - offer so it looks like your board support Alonso, but at a level that will never be accepted because the board don’t want him.

I’ve also wondered if this could be a negotiation tactic for Xhaka to renegotiate his contract with us now we are in Europe (presumably his initial contract was signed with an expectation that relegation was possible).

Just wondered what you guys thought. Something isn’t sitting right for me that Xhaka would be having all these discussions and agreeing terms whilst captain for his National side in the World Cup. That doesn’t make sense to me. But his silence means there has to be something in it.
