My new 2026 LT. First new car and second car ive ever owned :)
Paid about 25k out the door with T&L included. Fell in love with it as soon as I test drove it after a month of shopping for a car and decided to take the plunge and get it.

I love where the lowest grace octane available is 85. My 2015 requires at least 87 octane. Costco is the cheapest place to get gas, but they do not have 87 octane. Can I mix the octanes safely without messing up my engine? Maybe even doing 75% 91 and 25% 85?
Hello! I am looking for a car to share between husband and daughter. Our budget is right around 20,000. I was cosidering a used 2016 Honda CRV with 100,000 miles or just getting the Trax. One would be new with a warranty and one is 10 years old and could possibly have some wear issues but from what i read pretty simple maintenance. How do you like your Trax? Do you see it being a good car even at 80,000 with proper maintenance? Thoughts?
I've been driving an '07 Camry that was my mom's and my sister's that's finally starting to give out on me so I get to go get my own car now and have gotten really interested in the Chevy Trax and wanted to know your guys's opinion. I've seen a lot of people hating on it but I know people are also just really biased if it's not a car brand they like so I'm going straight to the source. Also, is it a good car for tall people? I'm 6'8 so I would like to be able to drive it comfortably
Does anyone know why my car makes this clicking/popping sound when this button is active? I swear I can feel the pop under my foot when driving too.
Ok so this trax is a local to my town and i was finally able to get a picture of it. Funny enough they parked next to me. *in the first pic but i was parked facing different.*
Is this an oem option on the rs model as i saw a color matched white as well? I didn't see it for my 25 trax lt in the my chevy app.
My only complaint so far, nearly a month in, is the drivers windshield wiper sucks. It doesn't clean my windshield, just kinda smears and spreads out the water and makes a blurry mess. Is this a known issue or do you guys think the dealer would replace them? Its been like this since I rolled off the lot. I'm at like 800 miles.
Does anyone have a fwd trax with a steep driveway and horrible winters? My driveway gets occassionally plowed during the winter but it's usually decently iced over or slushy. I'd have good snow tires either way but would it be better to just go the awd blazer route instead?
My first trax, my car before was a 2013 Chevy sonic (hatchback) so this was a HUGE upgrade for me! Especially with having a 3 year old lol
Just got this car in March and I get rear ended :( I enjoyed it while it lasted!
For things like remote start, lock and unlock. Is this some new subscription service?
I just noticed my trip counter has the mpg listed under the miles driven. I have never notice this before. Has it always been there? I recently had the TCP updated over the air (OTA) and noticed this mpg afterwards.
I’ll be going with the 2RS trim.
I’ll be coming from a cruze, that i’ve owned for about 10 years. I’m really hoping to get as much reliability and comfort out of the trax as i got from the cruze.
Any recommendations or possible regrets from yall for a soon-to-be trax owner??
I just got my 2025 Trax Activ and I love her! ❤️ I've named her Traxey 😁
I recently took my car in to the dealership AGAIN for the ANC. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it so they decided to replace the whole radio system. That still didn’t fix the ANC and now my wireless CarPlay is not working. I disconnect my phone from the car and forgot Bluetooth on my phone.. nothing. I also reset the radio settings again… still not connecting CarPlay wireless. The Bluetooth connect but the CarPlay doesn’t. So now my CarPlay only works wired. Has any one have this issue or know anything about it. I’m getting tired of this car already! 🙄
My first Trax was a white 2020 Trax LT that I got in the middle of the pandemic when my Cruze apparently caught covid. Now I just upgraded to this '26 2RS. I quite like the 'White Sand' color more than straight white.
Found in my glove box. Not just what, but where do I use it. Please and thank you.
