Ive been dealing with a billing issue since January. I spent over 50 hours on the phone with supervisors who say they will call me back and dont. Is there a number to get someone higher up?
I didnt realize that I couldnt have the door on the half wall side of the shower without a trim piece on the top. I had the plumbing for the on/off on the half wall expecting the door would be there.
I visited a custom glass place today and said I would need the top frame if I have door on the short wall side (needs a full wall to support a door). I did not want the top frame
Would you move the plumbing for on/off back to the shower head wall? or any other suggestions?

we are redoing all floors. bathroom is getting tile, bedroom is getting hardwood. what do we put between the 2 floors where they meet?

we ordered hardwood and will be having it installed. They originally said it wont need to acclimate, but now say it will need to be in our house for a few days before with the ac on. We live in the northeast, the weather changes from one extreme to another.
its 85 degrees now and we have windows open (should ac be on)?
Also, its freezing in the winter sometimes below 0 outside, we have heat on but how can it acclimate with such different types of weather

We are replacing all of our interior doors. the contractor gave a price of $10 difference between hollow and solid. we would go with solid, but why such a small price difference?
