Rickea Jackson underwent an MRI that revealed a left torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), an injury she sustained in the May 17 game against Minnesota. Jackson will miss the remainder of the 2026 WNBA season and undergo surgery to repair the injury.

Do the Sky have a home win tradition? If not, what should it be?

So I saw the Wings light the tower after a home win and toss some balls to the crowd.

The Fire have all the Fire players take a rose and hand it out to the crowd.

Do the Sky have anything like that? If not, what should it be?

Rickea Jackson prayer circle

Rickea suffered a non-contact injury in the first half against the Lynx. I'm never optimistic with those injuries, but man I hope she recovers swiftly.

Who are you hoping to realistically land in the 2027 draft?

With our older veteran PGs in Skylar and Sloot, we will eventually have to look to the future without a deep veteran PG group. I dont know if Cloud will stay will the Sky beyond this season as she may be looking for a maximum payday.

Jacy doesnt really seem like a natural PG, nor does Jaquez. They both are connective players.

Beyond the 2 year window, I see Jeff trying to keep Rickea, Jacy, Jaquez, and maybe Kamilla long term. Kamilla might not necessarily be a beyond a 2 year piece so I think Jeff will look at the 1 and 5 spot as need spots to develop for the future.

So with that in mind, assuming we will he drafting from the back half of the draft, I would want for PG

Milaysia Fulwiley Mikaylah Williams.

They both fit the long athletic tall guard prototype that Jeff P seems to favor. Fulwiley especially seem to have an eye for finding passes that no one else can see.

And as far as C

Clara Strack.

Keep an eye on this girl, she averaged 15 and 9 with 2.1 blocks per game at Kentucky. She is a crafty passer and a wall on defense.

Having two picks to possibly land one or two of these ladies in the 2027 draft would be killer and honestly keep the train rollling.

Jaquez has been the most valuable player in her draft class according to ESPN Net Points

Nogic and Astier were undradted in previous years’ drafts despite them showing here.

Trade Kamilla for Betts

Right now, I would trade Kamilla for Lauren Betts. Kamilla is good half the time, yet unserious, and slow the other half. Would probably have to get a 3rd team involved.
