Need help on the Con fuoco part in Chopin’s Nocturne in F Major Op. 15 No. 1 (second page)

I’ve been playing piano for almost eight years now and my piano teacher gave me this piece as a jump for me from pieces around MMTA Level 8 (Grade 6 level in ABRSM and Grade 8 in RCM) I’ve finished learning the first and last page but the Con fuoco part is whats the problem. I have small hands which can comfortably reach an octave but not a ninth which is really making the right hand difficult for me. Most of these double sixths are manageable on slow speed but some of these (ex. m 27, 30) are very uncomfortable to me. It’s also hard to play these double sixths quickly. The left hand is actually fairly easy, however the passage from m 27-28 is extremely uncomfortable. I know I can handle this piece but due to these reasons I stated above, I’ve generally tried avoiding this part. Any tips?

Which ones are the best nocturnes of classical music?

(Fogeting about the teacher of the matter, Chopin, Who has no a bad nocturne) i love the nocturne op 9 n 2 by scriabin, the notturno by grieg, and the nocturne 4 by poulenc
