Wanting to start hosting trips for Christians who love to travel

Hi everyone! I’m a 23-year-old Christian Baptist, and I grew up in a Christian family and have been active in church since I was young.

I have a degree in Tourism, and I currently work a regular 9–5 job. I’ve always loved traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing God’s creation. Recently, I’ve had this strong feeling that I’d love to combine my passion for travel and my faith by creating or hosting trips specifically for Christians who also love to travel.

The idea is to make the trips more than just sightseeing. I’d love to include things like short devotions, Bible reading, prayer, or even small Bible studies during the trip — while still having plenty of time to explore, enjoy nature, take pictures, eat good food, and just have fun together.

I guess the goal would be to create a community where Christians can travel, fellowship, make new friends, grow in their faith, and appreciate the beauty of God’s creation together.

I actually tried looking for something like this before, but I couldn’t really find a community that combines travel + Christian fellowship in the way I was imagining. That made me wonder if maybe there are other Christians who have been looking for the same thing.

Since I studied Tourism, I’m also pretty knowledgeable about planning itineraries, tours, activities, and the logistics that come with traveling. So this is something I’d genuinely love to explore in the future.

I’m just curious — would anyone actually be interested in joining something like this? Would you be interested in traveling with a group of Christians where faith and fellowship are part of the experience?
I’d love to hear your thoughts, especially if you’ve ever wished there were more communities like this. 😊

Clarity

Hello there! Need ko lang ng help ng spiritual clarity.

We had a group before, we left dahil nagiba na sila ng vision at mission. Instead of doing mentoring and like helping the students to learn and manage their own journey, mas tumitingin nalang sila sa pera.

So yeah, we left with a big hatred in our heart. As of the moment, my leader have a lot of proofs to expose them in a “douche” way,

Now hindi ko alam ang i r react ko

Should I voice out na parang we already did enough damage and we should stop and move forward?

Or should I just let them dahil “deserve” naman ng kabilang party?

I just always remember na sinabi ni Jesus na pray for your enemies, and the lesson of Obadiah.

I Think That’s Okay

I remember someone asking me, “Is it okay if we still have that feeling of wanting love?” Because the world keeps telling us, “Self-love first,” “Love yourself,” and all that.

And I answered him, “Yes, okay lang ’yon. It means you have a desire to love.”

Hindi rin naman masama ang self-love. I believe that love is meant to be shared by two whole people—not two people trying to complete each other, but two people who are already whole and have so much love overflowing from them that they can give it to someone else.

And now, I’m here thinking about it.

Oo nga, Lord. I want to experience that kind of romantic love too.

I want the kind of love where I can be weird, deep, serious, and completely random. Yung may mapagsasabihan ako ng kung anu-anong thoughts na bigla na lang pumapasok sa isip ko.

Ang dami kong gustong i-share na kwento tungkol sa’Yo, Lord… pero kanino ko sasabihin?

I want that kind of connection. Someone I can tell my random thoughts to. Someone I can share the little things with. Someone I can talk to about You, about what I’m learning, what I’m realizing, what made me laugh, what made me cry, and everything in between.

And I remember that the God we worship is a God we can freely bring our desires to.

We don't have to pretend that we don't want something just because we're afraid of wanting it too much.

Sometimes, what we ask for reveals how much we believe—not necessarily that God will give us exactly what we ask for, but that we believe He is good enough to hear even the desires we don't know what to do with.

So yes, Lord.

I still desire love.

And I think it’s okay to tell You that.
