Was on the fence years ago when the reissue panda released since funds were tight. Years later I stumbled upon this LE, bought it to commemorate a professional milestone. Have an affinity for glowing stuff and this was the last piece my local dealer and I just had to get it, such nice watch to wear even with bigger than wrists.

My first step into a more serious watch was getting a Citizen Promaster Dive at the recommendation of a friend. It treated me well for about 18 months, but then the movement stopped working.

I sent it in for warranty repair November of 2025, and received an update in January of 2026 letting me know that the movement had broken and to expect an update by March 2026.

That was the last I heard from them for months. Multiple emails asking for updates that went unanswered, a good handful of phone calls to customer service that did provide any answers.

Finally, around the end of June 2026, I finally received a response, letting me know that they shipped my watch back to me. The provided tracking showed that my watch was sent to someone in California, the opposite side of the US of me. After I responded with this problem, Citizen told me that they did not know the current whereabouts of my watch.

A few more weeks of unanswered emails later, I finally got a response in August 2026. They gave me the option to either have my watch repaired or get a new one of equal or lesser value.

By this point, I’m feeling like I’m owed a new watch, so I selected that option. I responded, telling Citizen what watch I wanted, and that was the last I have heard from them.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever even heard of, let alone experienced. I cannot in recommend that anyone ever purchase a Citizen watch. If you ever have to have it fixed, they’ll ghost you faster than that girl you tried to talk to.

To say I'm loving it is an understatement. Now i need some strap recommendations lol

Just picked up this beautiful Attesa blood moon in Japan last week as my first "nice" watch (I do have a decent Seiko, but this was my first expensive watch, for me at least).

Absolutely in love with it.

My only issue is getting it linked to the US Radio tower. Anyone have advice on that? I tried to set it how the manual says (H874 movement) but it's not pairing. I currently have it set by timezones, but not to the radio tower. I'm in Southeast Michigan if that helps.

My wife got me a Pepsi promaster today as a late birthday. My silver citizen she got me for Christmas a couple years ago and I’ve been wearing daily for about 3 months now. Before it was just for special occasions but she made a few comments about never seeing me wear it. It’s got some dings a scratch’s from work now but still look very nice

Original birthday present was a snorkel for my SUV but I traded it before it got installed and sold it to a friend with the same model so my wife said I needed a new present

Still very new to watches and learning all the correct terms but I absolutely love the promaster. Wore it out of the store and can’t stop looking at it haha. And the blue lume is stunning in the dark

This was a gift from my wife for Christmas and it’s an everyday wear/travel watch now. Really love the simplicity of it 👌🏾Sorry for the shit picture

So happy with this purchase in Tokyo last Nov, my daily driver since then. Literally took this everywhere I go.

Specs are crazy for this price - well it’s not mechanical.. but still this is a lot of watch for the price.

Also the three-pronged fork at the short-end of the seconds is so coooool !

Like the header says. I received this as a gift in 2017 and do not have the box or papers with me. Can anyone help me identify this model? The case back says 8651-S027471 and GN-4-S. Thanks much!
