Looking for a solid EDC knife that could be used for self defense but more for versatility. Lighter weight the better and I’d like a folder. Thanks!

Did anyone else get one of these? If so how do you make use of it? I know it's an EDC pouch of some sort but where does it attach to?
Let me know how you put it to use.
Civivi Yonder Clip Point.
Very nice balance between the modern and the traditional. Old school looks with new school functionality. Action is flawless and the brass and wood gives it a classic feel!👌🏻
Hopefully s35vn steel?
I've been waiting on the slip joint version of the baby banter since I heard about it's relase 7 months ago, and just got it today.
It's good size for UK carry, being big enough for most tasks, whilst comfortably coming under the 3 inch limit.
As the knife is a little short, the handle isn't very long, meaning you naturally choke up on the knife, but the large finger coil with jimping allows for comfortable grip.
On mine the back spring isn't the strongest requiring around 550g of force to close, making its similar to a detent design like the Civivi Foldis.
The back spring keeps tension on the knife stopping it from closing untill around 30 degrees, which then it jumps to the half stop at 90 degrees and with the large finger groove it prevents pinching, tending to push your finger out of the way.
I've just take it apart to dye the scales and it came apart nicely, with just a little loctite on the threads and it looks well made.
I would recommend it to anyone who likes the design.
I'm looking for where to buy the brown Micarta Sokoke. I've spent maybe 30min looking online, including eBay, some used knife sites, and I posted on r/knife_swap, so looking for some suggestions here.
Also wanted to ask, I read there was an issue with this particular model, and so it was discontinued. Is this true and I should avoid this variant? Otherwise, I was thinking the black G10, but I didn't think it looked as nice.
Any info is appreciated. Ty!
My first Qubit and I quite like it! Very handsome and understated.
