With everyone talking about Hyalo and that other pharmacy having floaters in their Tirz I decided to check mine with a flashlight, and unfortunately I found floaters in it. I have already used this vial, and what really sucks is that it has been working great for me. I'd like to keep going with Collective because the Tirz is working great and their prices are amazing, but only if this is made right. If I do stick with Collective I will need a new vial ASAP since I'm supposed to have my next dose on Friday, and I will be inspecting every vial thoroughly from here on out before using it. I'm giving Wells one more chance, but if I get another vial with floaters in it I will be expecting a full refund for the yearly fee as well as any meds I have paid for up until that point. I'm just waiting to hear back from customer support. I sent them a message from the platform, as well as a separate email with the video, and I also sent a message to the Mod for this page so hopefully I'll hear back from someone soon. Everyone should be checking all of their vials from all pharmacies at this point. I checked mine thinking I wouldn't find anything but I guess Wells has been slacking unfortunately.

Also, this vial is from the Ocala, Fl Wells. The BUD date and lot number are visible in the pic and video.

2nd edit: someone else in the comments found floaters in their vial as well, and their vial is from a different batch than mine.

I just wanted to say that I am impressed with collective and their business model. I agree that this life changing medication should be accessible to all.

I would also say that I had some concerns about the strength and efficacy of tirzepatide while trying out a new pharmacy after having great success on almost a year of BPI.
I am pleased with wells pharmacy tirzepatide with glycene. I am in my second week and it’s a hit!
I have used the wells tirz for two weeks and it has been great.
I just checked my vial, totally clear, no floaters.

Ordered Oct 6 and arrived Oct 9. Still cold. Crystal clear. VERY well-packed. Super pleased! Customer service is amazing!

Experience has been great so far! Package arrived nice and cool and everything was packaged nicely. I like that they included the zofran. BUD is sooner than I thought it would be, but that just means I need to hurry up and get started 🤣

Was super easy to sign up & do intake. Soon after intake was done i got a message to show proof of my current script. Then after i showed proof i was approved immediately! Also got a message asking for a photo from head to toe but I never sent one & meds still was shipped.
Packaging was absolutely AMAZING!!! 3 ice packs that was melted but still very cold. Never had cushion like padding from any Telehealth before like I got from Collective. Got syringes, alcohol pads & even some Nausea Meds. My Tirz was super cold & i got the right dosage as requested. One down fall is the little box that the tirz comes in. When opening the little box my tirz had fell out the bottom. Switching to a Pill bottle would definitely help!! Ive read it’s happened to several other people as well on here!!!

Overall Im very Pleased with my 1st Purchase from Collective! & Cant wait to Pop off the Cap on this bad boy!! & if Anybody needs a Referral Code then Message me :)
