I just received my month two dose. Everything went seamlessly. I still have medication in my vial from last month. No stress about if I was going to receive it on time. My doctor has been there any time I have a question. I sure am loving Collective!!!
Last week I got a call that said they were “Chime Fraud Department” it was from a 732 area code. I knew it wasn’t Chime and gave no info. Fast forward to today and my debit card was hit twice by someone for 25.00 each time within a minute apart. I called Chime, because the charges were still pending, they removed it, and put the money back into my account immediately. The card is locked and a new one is on the way. That’s great customer service!
