The updated new library building project in Manchester

Just wanted to see how it was going when we drove by that new library the other day in downtown Manchester

The building project is looking good for the new library's opening later this year. Located in downtown Main Street in Manchester, Connecticut USA

It's replacing an older Mary Cheney Library nearby.

Savers or Goodwill -- which one is better?

I tend to shop at both stores somewhere around Connecticut whenever I'm in a good mood and need something cool at thrifty prices.

While I have better luck at finding stuff at Savers, Goodwill is full of a lot of employees who are nice and courteous plus I think Goodwills have better, interesting and trendy movie collections.

While Savers charges a little higher for books (I'm an avid reader), Goodwills offer lower prices on physical media.

I'd like to know from you which you think out of those two thrift stores (plus Salvation Army or other thrift stores), one of which is your preferred place for thrifting and why.

Which one is better -- and why?
