Lost ancestor

I tried to paint the model as close to the official paint scheme as possible. While original is more vibrant orange. I think I managed close enough.

Dweghom, first blood, Recommended play test list for new players.

Hey everyone!

I just got a starter box for Dweghom (original starter box) and a Magma forged / flame berserker box. Planing on splitting most of duel kits into 6 and 6 models.

Wondering if you guys have some recomended 1000 point lists for new players to get used to the game. Just making sure they dont have an unfun play experience the first because I made a crapy list.

If 1000 points is to much let me know. I was introduced at 1000 points and had a blast.

(If I need different warlords or heroes, let me know.)

Thanks for the help guys!

P.s.

I got a full army of nords if that helps.

Box values and viability

Are the 2000 point boxes a viable start to the game or are they not very good units ? This question is for any army but mostly 100k and Nords and Sk

Command card help

So a while back I purchased 3 different first blood warbands. Spires, Nords, and city states. However none of those boxes came with what was the officers command cards. The nords savage, the spires assault perceptor, and the city states dorilates. Is there anyway to pick these up so I can use them in the newest edition?

Basing Materials and Texture Rollers

Hi All

I'm in the process of planning out a project for a Conquest last argument of Kings forces and as part of the project I want to try my hand at using rollers to create cool biological patterns on the bases. I see a lot of people recommending clays and putties with rollers but I feel it doesn't give the effect that I want to achieve as it looks better for man-made things brick roads and cobblestones.

My plan is to 3D print a roller with a pattern before rolling over the basing material I place on the bases.

My question for those of you that have done this is, have any of you done it using wet texture basing material like AK Interactive's Terrains Wet Ground (SKU AK8016)? If so what were your results like? And finally is there a particular basing material that you recommend over others?

I appreciate you sharing your experience and photos of your results, if you have the time,

Thanks and Happy Hobbying

Mountain Jotnar

Finally finished my Mountain Jotnar. Took me close to 30 hours. Super happy with the result.

Magnetized Archangel

Even though I think I'll play the sword version 99% of the time, I wanted to keep the option to switch weapons on my Archangel.

I bought a few 4x3 magnets but they were not powerfully enough for those big ass sword and shield! I had to use 8x2 magnets instead. Thank Theo's that's it's a big ass statue and it fits okay with the aesthetic!

Painting is still WIP
