Guys, I have spent thousands of dollars buying these boxes and this is the FIRST time something like this ever happened.

1. came on a regular paper mailer

2. there was NO padding, not even for the GLASS BOTTLES!!!!

As y'all can see, the bottle literally broke the glass, and the top of the lotion is out, also the box for the eye shadow is destroyed.

Has this ever happened to any of y'all? My flabbers are ghasted. How can you mail glass without ANY wrapping!!???!!!???

I'm going to try and figure out how to email customer service because this is crazy work.
