Anxious about other people’s premonitions of you?

A few weeks ago my boyfriend had a terrible premonition before we went to bed that something bad was going to happen, and I woke up sick the next morning.

I just received a message from someone I haven’t seen in 5 years, saying I had been on her mind for several days, she didn’t know why but hoped I was doing well/ hope it means great things are coming my way. I have had covid for about 10 days so maybe that’s what she was sensing??

Do these premonitions freak anyone else out?? I have been doing better on my own anxiety but these weird premonitions, as someone with health anxiety, terrify me even if they mean well.

Brand new user of 2 weeks, just wondering do you all usually see the symptoms get better or worse when they show up on your ring? I’ve been sick with a cold for almost a week and it finally showed up on my ring.

Anyone have experience with a psychiatrist that treat SSRI prolonged withdrawal? Anywhere in Austin area. Just saw a new psychiatrist and she was not very helpful so hoping to find someone else.

Did I ruin my life by quitting Prozac cold turkey? 8 months of emotional blunting.

I felt like it served its purpose and just stopped taking it, was on 20mg for a year and a half. I am still experiencing emotional blunting 8 months later. Did I ruin my brain forever?? Do I need to go back on Prozac and slowly taper off?? What would you recommend to your patients? I am seeing a psych tomorrow but pretty convinced that there’s nothing I can do. 😔
