Hi everyone, if you like cricket 19 and other cricket management games - Check out Cricket Manager 25

It is completely free to play, browser-based (no installs), and has no ads. You run a franchise in the World Premier League, handling everything from the auction to ball-by-ball tactics. (Auction is one of the many features in the game!)

The Features:

  1. Granular Tactics: You are looking for specific Finishers, Death Specialists, or Mystery Spinner playstyles that actually change how the math works in different match phases.
  2. 2D Visual Fielding: You can actually drag your fielders around on a 2D field editor to set custom formations.
  3. Real-Time Auction: I built an AI bidding system where other teams value players based on their playstyle quotas—the bidding wars get intense.
  4. Fatigue & Squad Rotation: A realistic fitness system forces you to bench fatigued players to keep them fresh.
  5. Database Editor: You can create custom players, edit attributes, and export/share your rosters with the community.
  6. SKINS: import community made skins like IPL/BBL to play with your favourite IRL franchises
  7. Full fledged transfer seasons and retention/release systems p

A Note for Potential Collaborators: I am a solo developer doing this purely for the love of the game. The project is open-source, and I have no monetary incentive here (any donations are funneled 100% back into server costs). If you are a dev, UI/UX designer, or just good at marketing/community management and see the potential here, I’d love to have more hands on deck. My DMs are open! I’d love for you guys the die-hard management fans to jump in, try to break the engine, and tell me what you think.

Play it here: cricket-manager.com

Cheers!

How are my career stats?

Highest difficulty possible, i use custom sliders to make the ai better and unpredictable. A wrong timed Defence can get you out. Selection difficulty is normal. And yeah. How are they? Edit: forgot to mention but all visual aid is off, no pitch marker and nothing, for test matches i turn the hud off as well.

How to retire from one format?

I have just won the T20 world cup, I'm 35. I have nothing else to achieve in their format, i want to focus completely on odi and test. Is there any way I can refuse to play T20i while still getting selected for odi and test? I'm the captain in all formats and have been for many years.

Anyone else still find Cricket 19 more enjoyable than the newer games?

Hey everyone, just wanted to spark a quick discussion. Even though newer titles are out, I find myself constantly coming back to Cricket 19.To me, the batting physics and the overall game flow just feel much more rewarding and predictable here. The community creations also keep it feeling fresh. What keeps you guys playing this version? Do you think the newer games actually improved on the core mechanics, or did Cricket 19 hit the sweet spot?
