Weird question and i’m sorry but i’m a complete newbie and was curious, what are the strongest crystals to keep away unwanted visitors or negative unwanted energy from infiltrating home?

I’m super prone to other people’s energies and we have an influx of extended family constantly visiting and staying for extended periods of time to the point where i’m severely affected.

The last couple of years have been really rough for me, involving cutting ties with family and friends due to unhealthy relationships, and suffering with my physical and mental health.

The issue is that every time I feel like I’m over the worst, something else happens. I thought I finally had distanced myself from negative people, only for someone in a friendship group twist a conversation and cause issues between me and my closest friend, until now we have never had one issue in our 9 year friendship. I’m so tired after these tough years and I’m starting to feel like I need some sort of protection to put an end to whatever has been happening over the past couple of years!

I’m a total newbie to purchasing crystals but previously I have had bracelets bought for me and felt they helped! I’m wanting to get crystals I can wear to deflect negative/ toxic people and energy, and to protect my happiness and mental health.

I’ve done some reading about different crystals but I’m getting a bit overwhelmed! Any and all advice welcome please from best crystals, how to wear, how to cleanse and charge. Thanks ♥️

When trying to determine what crystal you have, there are several easy tests you can conduct at home to help narrow things down.
The Hardness Test, which involves testing to see what scratches the crystal, and what the crystal itself scratches.
The Streak Test, which involves rubbing the crystal on an unglazed piece of porcelain to see what color streak is left behind.
The Magnet Test is used to test suspected meteorites, and the Acid Test, which can use household vinegar to test crystals like Calcite, and involves putting a drop or two of vinegar on the crystal and watching for a “fizzy” reaction.

Heat Treatment is one of the most common methods used to enhance or change the color.

Irradiation involves exposure to radiation to alter the color.

Dyeing is used to enhance or change the color.

Oil and Resin Treatments involve filling surface-reaching cracks with oils or resins to improve clarity.

Diffusion Treatments enhance the surface color through the addition of chemical elements at high temperatures.

I am having a psychic attack/channeling issue with someone as close as sharing walls and it has now gotten to the point where I'm going to get myself in trouble if I am not careful. I have been doing so well for almost a year now I can't let them take me out.

I’ve looked stuff up a bit, but some of the answers I get are conflicting so I wanted to ask here.

There’s a couple of things I’m wanting crystals for

— i’m getting divorced BUT will be living with my soon to be X (extremely complicated situation, but it’s just how things are going to be for a while- too much to get into tbh LOL). We’re relatively cordial with each other, so it’s fine. However, He’s awful at communication, somewhat manipulative, and lying a lot. I DO NOT want him back. LOL. But… I would like to put some stones in his room to aid in him having a better overall attitude, to be more honest and more empathetic.

Also

— we just moved and have ghosts they’re a bit loud, but they seem relatively friendly at-least.
They seem to hang in the basement a lot but not exclusively.

* Are there any types of crystals or items I could put down to make them want to hang out in certain areas more?

* what are your personal recommendations for keeping them out of a room like a bedroom?

Hi everyone! I’m a complete newbie when it comes to crystals, so please bear with me!

The last month has honestly been insane. Within the span of basically ONE MONTH, I was laid off from my job, we had a major sewage/water backup in our home that caused damage and turned our house upside down, and then we’ve had things going on with our dogs on top of everything else.

It genuinely feels like every time we turn around, something else is happening. 😭

The layoff alone was a huge source of stress and uncertainty, and then having a major issue with our home almost immediately afterward was just overwhelming.

We’ve had remediation crews in the house, things being ripped out, cleaning, repairs, and just the general anxiety of wondering what’s going to go wrong next. Add in worrying about our dogs, and it has been A LOT to process in such a short period of time.

Thankfully, things are starting to move in a better direction (I hope!), but I feel completely drained and like I need a reset. I’d really like to bring some protection, grounding, and positive energy into our home and into my own life.
I know absolutely NOTHING about crystals, so I’m hoping you guys can help a total beginner out!

What crystals would you recommend for:

🏠 Protecting our home

🛡️ Personal protection and keeping negative energy away

🌿 Grounding and calming myself when I’m feeling overwhelmed

✨ Bringing positive energy and a sense of a fresh start into our home

💕 Anything that you think is good for getting through a really difficult period where it feels like everything is happening at once

And if there are specific ways you recommend using them or placing them around the home (front door, bedroom, carrying one with me, etc.), I’d love to hear that too!
I realize crystals aren’t going to magically fix a layoff, a plumbing disaster, or life generally being chaotic 😂. I’m mostly looking for something symbolic and comforting that helps me feel like I’m protecting our space, clearing out the bad energy, and moving into a better chapter.
