Welcome one and all who happen to read this! Today, I bring you the one-hundred-and-forty-third installment of a series by myself regarding Dollzi fanart. (And assisted with on my end by the ever reliable and knowledgeable, u/jaquiethecat.) Where basically, everyday I am going to post a piece of Dollzi fanart, and overview it. That way, if you like and enjoy it, you can go show some appreciation for the art and artist.

And today, we have another interesting and happy Dollzi artwork; “a little #Dollzi comic for anon ^^” created by “elizywizy” over on Twitter.

Now starting off with a brief physical description and a description of the material qualities; we have multiple of Doll and Uzi together. With first Uzi questioning the purpose of Doll’s eyepatch, then Doll explaining it, then Uzi saying that she prefers the real Doll. Moving on to the coloring and creation of the artwork, I am fairly certain that it was made with a mix of marker and digital. As it has both clear marker lines for the outlines and too edgy coloring, and lacks any signs of being made with colored pencil, crayon, paint, or gel pen. Additionally, the artwork doesn’t have any errors or mistakes that I can notice.

Moving on to a formal and contextual analysis of the artwork, this artwork is more complex than usual; with 4 iterations of Doll and Uzi. due to the comic-like nature of the artwork, neither Doll nor Uzi draw your attention first. The artwork is lightly stylized, and only one instance lightly breaks away from her canon designs; with the bottom left Doll missing her hard-hat.

And finally regarding an interpretation and evaluation of the artwork, the artwork is moderately original. As while it is just Doll and Uzi on a blank background, the comic-like nature of it helps it stand out a little bit. And the message and story of the artwork is clear and wholesome; Doll and Uzi are discussing Doll’s eyepatch, with Uzi expressing love for Doll despite her need to hide herself. And finally, the artwork doesn’t have any symbolism that I can notice. Overall, “a little #Dollzi comic for anon ^^” is a wholesome addition to this series. Now starting off with a brief physical description and a description of the material qualities; we have Doll and Uzi together in bed. With Doll on top of Uzi while leaning in for a kiss, and with Uzi closing her eyes while looking embarrassed and asking Doll to wait. Moving on to the coloring and creation of the artwork, I am fairly certain that it was made digitally. As it looks to be made just like the one that came before it, and it lacks any signs of being made with colored pencil, marker, crayon, paint, or gel pen. Additionally, the artwork doesn’t have any errors or mistakes that I can notice.

Moving on to a formal and contextual analysis of the artwork, this artwork is much more complex than usual; with Uzi, Doll, and Uzi’s bedroom around them. Doll is partly centered, but Uzi is much more centered, and thus draws your attention first. The artwork is lightly stylized, and Doll and Uzi break away from their canon designs a good bit; with Uzi wearing a black shirt, Doll wearing a red shirt, and both of them not wearing their hats.

And finally regarding an interpretation and evaluation of the artwork, the artwork is fairly original. As with the lightly detailed backgrounds and different designs for Doll and Uzi, it stands out a decent bit despite looking much like the last artwork. And the message and story of the artwork is a continuation of the last artwork; Doll is leaning in to kiss Uzi, but Uzi is embarrassed and asking Doll to wait. Though despite it, she’s not stopping Doll or trying to stop her at all. And finally, the artwork doesn’t have any symbolism that I can notice.
