Tried making a £600 payment on my curve card and they declined the transaction and blocked my card!! Why would this be? I have contacted support and not heard anything back so far.

This has happened a few times now seemingly for no reason, they always unblock it but it seems about 2 people run their entire live chat so it takes days to hear back about anything.
Is there anyway to get a quicker reply / card unblocked when this happens? I know Curve are a pain but i want to keep using them due to some of their unique perks.
There you have it everyone, Curve is now blocking transactions with a standard pharmacy chain, because apparently buying from a 177-year-old high street business - and a Curve Cashback retailer - is now 'high risk'.
The particularly nice touch with this message was the jaunty 'let us know if there's anything we can help you with' and then them immediately closing the conversation down so you can't ask any follow-up questions, such as 'what?'
My Curve Pay on Samsung phone has stopped working with Clover Card Terminals.
Setting the phone to use NFC Curve or Samsung Pay always fails. The Curve Physical Debit Card works.
Any thoughts?
