Tried dahibara at Ranka dahibara , Kalia bhaina and Kuna Tuna

Tried dahibara at these places few days ago Ranka dahibara stood upto to its hype and was worth the hassle , kalia bhaina in dolamundai was tasty too but Kuna Tuna dahibara was a disappointment and I don't understand why is Kuna Tuna dahibara charging Rs 70 when Ranka and Kalia bhaina charge only Rs 60

Ranka Dahibara - 9/10

Kalia bhaina Dahibara - 8.5/10

Kuna Tuna Dahibara - 5/10

Hey everyone, I'm looking to buy good-quality local pickles (achar) in Cuttack. Instead of mass-produced supermarket brands, I'm specifically after authentic Odia-style, homemade, or regional specialties. Kindly let me know the places.

Man are you from Ravenshaw or SCB or MLU? I would need a favour.

Actually I don't wanna say it out here. Because then you would just skip it. So just DM me and I will let you know what I want to say. It's a favour only specific people can provide.

Looking for a room/flat in Cuttack or Bhubaneswar

Hey everyone! I’m (26M) planning to move to either Cuttack or Bhubaneswar from Delhi and looking for a decent room 1BHK/2BHK. Thought I’d ask here since locals would probably know the good areas better than I do 😅

My main thing is finding a safe and comfortable locality. My girlfriend would be visiting me quite often, so I’d prefer somewhere that doesn’t feel isolated, has people around and is generally safe for her to come and go.

At the same time, I’m not really looking for a place where the neighbours are super nosy or everyone knows everyone’s business specially something causing problems. .😂

I’ll have my bike, so parking is a must, and since I’m a bachelor, it would be great if the landlord society is chill about that and doesn’t make an issue out of my girlfriend visiting.

I’m okay with paying an advance/deposit if the place is good.

For anyone living there, which areas would you suggest I look at? And roughly what kind of rent should I expect for a decent room 1BHK/2BHK? Also, how much advance/deposit do landlords usually ask for?

If you know of any places available or have a landlord who’s decent and bachelor-friendly, or any brokers I’d really appreciate the lead. Thanks guys!

🚀 Starting Full Stack Development Coaching in Cuttack — 1st Month FREE!

Hello everyone! 👋

I'm from Cuttack, Odisha, and I'm a Java Full Stack Developer currently working on freelancing and outsourced software projects.

I'm starting a Full Stack Development Coaching Program in Cuttack for students, beginners, and anyone who is genuinely interested in IT, Software Development and Developer Jobs.

🎁 FIRST MONTH — 100% FREE

Yes, the entire first month is completely FREE.

You can attend the classes, learn with us, understand the teaching approach, work on practical concepts and then decide whether you want to continue or not.

There is no pressure to continue if you don't find it useful.

🤔 Why am I starting this?

When I was in college, I faced the same problem that many students face.

I studied through college, offline coaching, YouTube and self-learning, but the biggest difficulty wasn't finding tutorials.

The difficulty was understanding:

What should I learn first?
Why am I learning this?
What comes after Java?
When should I learn SQL and databases?
How does backend connect with the database?
When should I learn Spring Boot?
What exactly does a Full Stack Developer need to know?
What projects should I build?
What skills are actually required for IT jobs?

I know these problems because I've personally gone through them.

💻 What will we learn?

The program will follow a proper Basic → Advanced roadmap instead of randomly learning technologies.

For Java Full Stack Development, the roadmap will include things like:

Java → OOP → Collections → SQL → Database → HTML → CSS → JavaScript → Servlets/JSP → Spring → Spring Boot → Hibernate/JPA → REST APIs → Frontend → Git/GitHub → Projects → Deployment → Interview Preparation

But the focus won't simply be on completing a syllabus.

I'll explain:

WHAT to learn

WHY you are learning it

WHEN you should learn it

HOW it connects with the next technology

HOW to use it in real projects

👨‍💻 Why learn from me?

I've learned through:

🎓 College
🏫 Offline coaching
▶️ YouTube & self-learning
💻 Real software projects
🤝 Campus recruitment experience
👨‍💼 Recruitment/interview exposure
🚀 Freelancing & outsourced projects

I've also experienced the campus selection/recruitment side, so I understand some of the problems students face when preparing for IT opportunities.

👥 Who can join?

Anyone genuinely interested in learning:

  • College students
  • Freshers
  • Beginners
  • Students preparing for IT/Software Developer jobs
  • Anyone interested in Java
  • Anyone interested in Full Stack Development
  • Anyone confused about what to learn and in what order
  • Anyone who wants to build real projects

You don't need to be an expert.

If you're a complete beginner, that's completely fine.

📍 Location

Cuttack, Odisha

This is an in-person coaching program, so students from Cuttack and nearby areas can attend.

Students from Bhubaneswar or nearby locations who are comfortable travelling to Cuttack are also welcome.

🎁 Again — FIRST MONTH FREE

Attend for one month → Learn → Experience the classes → Decide.

If you find the program useful, you can continue afterwards.

If you don't, you can discontinue.

No pressure.

📩 Interested?

DM me with:

1. Your Name
2. College/Education
3. Current Year / Graduation Year
4. What you're currently learning
5. What you want to become

I'll share the location, class schedule, syllabus and other details with you.

Let's build a strong developer learning community in Cuttack. 🚀💻

Looking for a good physician in Cuttack/Bhubaneswar for long-term health management

I'm looking for recommendations for a good General Physician / Internal Medicine doctor in Cuttack or Bhubaneswar.

I'm 36 and want to start taking my health more seriously. I have a few issues that probably need ongoing monitoring rather than a one-time consultation — recurring high triglycerides/cholesterol, borderline HbA1c, repeatedly elevated TSH, previous fatty-liver history, and long-standing weakness/deconditioning with chronic foot pain.

I'm not looking for someone who simply orders a large package of tests. I'd prefer a doctor who:

  • Looks at the long-term history and trends rather than just the latest report
  • Takes lifestyle, diet and exercise seriously
  • Is good at figuring out whether symptoms have a medical cause
  • Doesn't unnecessarily prescribe medication or investigations
  • Is willing to provide follow-up and preventive-health guidance over time

If you've personally had a good experience with a doctor matching this description in Cuttack or Bhubaneswar, I'd appreciate the recommendation.

Please mention the doctor's name, hospital/clinic, and why you recommend them. Personal experiences would be more useful than Google/Practo ratings.
