Airbnb in jobra cuttack

Hi everyone,

My parents are planning to rent out a portion of their house as an Airbnb which will have all the required furniture and appliances along with some sober aesthetics.

What do you think about the bookings and will people actually book it?

Just wanted to understand if this will work out or not as Cuttack is not a tourist place.

TIA

Transporting my Honda Activa scooter from Bengaluru, Karnataka, to Cuttack, Odisha

Hi everyone,

I need some guidance regarding transporting my Honda Activa scooter from Bengaluru, Karnataka, to Cuttack, Odisha, around the first week of June.

I also want to send a few household items/clothes packed in a medium carton box, along with it, if possible.

I would really appreciate suggestions from people who have done this before. I have a few questions:

  1. Which transport/courier services are reliable for two-wheeler transport between Bengaluru and Odisha?
  2. Is it better to use packers & movers, railway parcel, or dedicated bike transport services?
  3. Approximate cost for transporting a Honda Activa?
  4. Can I send a carton box with the scooter, or should I book it separately?
  5. How many days does delivery usually take?
  6. Is door pickup and home delivery available?
  7. How safe is the scooter during transport? Any recommendations for proper packaging?
  8. Is insurance recommended/necessary?
  9. What documents are required? (RC, Aadhaar, insurance copy, etc.)
  10. Any transport companies I should avoid?

Pickup location: Bengaluru
Delivery location: Cuttack, Odisha

Would love to hear your experiences, estimated costs, and any tips to avoid damage or scams.

Thanks in advance!

At this point we’re not living in a city, we’re being slow-cooked

My city’s weather forecast is just: ‘Hot, sweaty, and emotionally exhausting." 🥵🥵

Dental care

Need a good dentist who has premium clinic, No hate but I have been to clinics with my siblings I wouldn’t want anyone to visit!

I’m willing to pay the extra buck but want a premium service out of that place

Do not panic

Just filled my tank .. waited for 2 days, knew things will get normal. I would have waited more but tank was nil so had to get some petrol. There were exactly 9 people ahead of me in my queue when I reached and it took around 10 minutes to fill it up. I wish people were a little smarter and didn't let tumors details their and our life.
