Help with Scott and Emma

So I'm trying to catch up to the X Men comics. I've here and there but not in really invested, so I picked a tone period and started there. That period is Avengers VS XMen. What in courious about is the dynamic of Scott and Emma. Being only a casual reader here and there and a fan of the shows, obviously most of my experience is Scott and Jean. But I've heard a lot of options about Scemma and went they fit and is like to know if your all could help me with that. I'd like to know about some key comics or just general knowledge that really cement how well they worked together.

I already know how they got together and, how their traumas are similar, and how Emma may have matched Scott's more militaristic leadership style. Perhaps I should have started with the split any the founding the the Jean Grey school. That said I did want to have to go back again. I did start with the "Broken Universe" period where the tone displaced teenage XMen pop up, but went back to see what really happened with Scott.

I'm using the X Men Ultimate Reading Order to catch up.

Cyclops is the last X-man

Not the last Mutant!

He looks like his Astonishing self (along with Beast and Kitty). But no Wolverine and Emma in sight. Hickman established that adamantium is a weapon against vampires. Not sure if Logan can turn then.

As for Emma, I can’t find it but Hickman said they are going back to basics, that they are taking old narrative points from old X-men then progressing them. That could mean Emma didn’t join the X-men yet, or this starts from Dark Phoenix arc continues up to Astonishing and Emma is already a vampire.
