Can I get some help with my gear for Apoc build?

Can I get some help with my gear for Apoc build?

Ive just recently swapped from Dread claws to Apoc because I was tired of managing summons and it feels great for everything but bosses in T12. Sometimes my apoc does almost nothing and sometimes it does 1/3rd or more of their hp. Im assuming its from either getting crits or not but I figured Id see if anyone here could help out. I know my Uniques arent the greatest right now and Im working on trying to farm better ones, but would that really be the lack of damage in bosses? Im also not sure which to use between my grandfather and the legendary sword I attached. Also ignore my pants. Im in the process of re-crafting because I was silly and transfigured before master working unfortunately

Ive attached an imgur link with all my gear

Which Seed of Horazon for Lunatic Build

As the title, which amulet should I use for Wudijo's Maxroll Lunatic build? I would definitely masterwork the right side one until I hit on Vuln damage...

Edit: did some testing in the training room and it seems like the left side one is more frequently hitting for 160B to 300B, whereas the right side one hits for 200B-280B but much less often...

which Warlock build is best for Hordes ?

I see people getting 3k shards on average up to 6k ... anyone playing warlock have been able to achieve this ?

I play Wudijo's Lunatic build, its great for everything t12 but not crazy good for hordes.

Lunatic vs Apocalypse build after the nerf?

Which do you guys think is better endgame content, after the nerf: lunatic or apocalypse?

I'm not sure which build to stick with. After the nerf, I can still kill lair bosses with lunatic build in a fairly decent time and not just one shotting it. But I still struggle with the trash mobs especially with the undercity goblins. It takes forever for them to die but lunatic is more tacky, I can pretty much face tank everything

Apocalypse is excellent with damage especially with trash mobs but a lot squishier than lunatic, especially I can't see those poison pools and fire projectiles after I cast Apocalypse.

TLDR: APOCALYPSE BUILD: a lot squishier but strong against mobs and decent with boss

LUNATIC BUILD: tankier and Good with bosses but sucks with trash Mobs

Any suggestions on making these builds better in overall endgame content?

Thanks!!!!

How exactly does overpower work?

Per the title; I’m working on a build for warlock utilizing overpower as I am able to stay at 4 stacks pretty much always, but I’m confused on how exactly the overpower damage increase works.

I just masterworked 2 rings of starless skies one with crit dmg and a 225 willpower transfigure and one with 15% overpower per stack.

I’ve tried testing out both in game and it seems like I hit harder with the 15% overpower which surprised me because I’m losing willpower in conjunction with crit dmg on the other ring.

And for clarity i am at 100% crit chance.

Would like some info just so that I can try and understand it a bit better! Thanks 🙏

Warlock Lunatic Build Gear - Stacking Vulnerable & Physical Damage or Crit % & Crit Damage?

I been playing for a couple weeks now, paragon 244 & following Wudijo's build to a tee, which is stacking Vulnerable & Physical Damage when possible on gears:

https://maxroll.gg/d4/build-guides/lunatic-warlock-guide

However, I seem alt build that stacking Crit % & Crit Damage:

https://mobalytics.gg/diablo-4/builds/mega-lunatic-warlock

does anyone know which one is better? personally, getting Vulnerable & Physical Damage on a single piece of gear feels like much harder than getting both crit stats.

For Wudijo's Lunatic Warlock build, why is he Tempering Damage Per Overpower Stack on both rings?

Hi. I see in Wudijo's Lunatic Warlock build, he is tempering Damage Per Overpower Stack on both rings. I see the boots are supposed to have the Malevolence Aspect, which gives you Overpower for each Wrath gained while at maximum wrath.

Is that the sole source of the Overpower for Wudijo's build? It would mean if you forgot to imprint the Malevolence Aspect on the boots, then Tempering the Damage Per Overpower Stack on both rings would be wasted. Is there another source of the Overpower?

Which Warlock build would best fit this mythic?

Edit: Looks like the consensus is that gem strength is barring it from being viable. I’ll chuck it in a chest and hope a future patch makes it worth using.

I know it looks like a humble brag, but I am running hell’s fracture and it’s not doing as much damage as my one-handed plus focus.

Looking to switch it up and try a new build.

What exactly should I be picking for a warlock build?

I see a lot of people here or on sites o/videos mention skill a, skill b, skill c and you're golden.

The thing is I am level 20, i mave many points to apply, do i just unlock each of those skills and randomly apply the rest of the points across them? From playing other games i am more used to some one saying:

Skill A - 3 points, then pick sub skill 1

Skill B - 2 points

Skill C - 5 points and subskill 1 and 3

Does that not really matter that much?

Overpower and health for warlock

So, I just found out that overpower has a damage calculation with health and fortify correct? Or did that change?

I'm asking because after I found that out, I looked at all my gear and I basically don't have any health on any of it. It's all willpower... I'm running hell fracture on t12 and I do great damage but I want to push it higher. Should I be looking for gear with health to boost overpower?

Feel stuck

I can barely do t12 due to dying so fast my damage is fairly decent on a apoc build
Problem is I can’t get any 4* gear to improve my stats

Abyss Stealth Build Guide

Hey everyone! Made a shadowform/stealth abyss build. Idea is Harash's Shadow charm set gives us free Sigil of Subversion and with the Infiltration Trails subtype, we're constantly in shadowform and stealthed. Really fun build that does some awesome stuff.

I'm new to min maxing and optimizing so there will 100% be some stuff I'll need to change to make it better, feedback is welcome!

Let me know what you think and any changes to improve it, I think I covered most of the basics and my train of thought in the guide.

Scepter of Three unique could’ve been so cool(blizz plz change)

Since the warlock builds are decent at best, I wanted to try creating my own build using this unique. It’s supposed to make you able to equip all ultimates, grant you 15 ranks in all, and have another damage multi for damage done without ultimate skills.

I was cooking up a visual vomit build using all fire ultimates where you’d have fire terror swarm, fire fiend of abaddon, orbiting skull, and the fire version of the tail generator(I forget the name) passively generating apoc stacks so you could machine gun it faster than any other apoc build.

THEN I equipped the weapon and discovered that even though it says you can “equip all ultimates,” I can still only put any points into one of them at a time because I can “only equip one ultimate.” This means that I can’t take any of the upgrades for any other ultimate ability which would make this weapon have usable builds

Hey everyone, I’m looking for somebody to play with on PC. I’m a Warlock, and honestly this new season has me confused lol. I’m still trying to figure everything out and learn the changes. If anybody is down to help me out, teach me a little, or run some games together, hit me up!

Apocalypse build?

Does anyone have a link to a good and recent Apoc build? I was following “Moxsy” build but he moved on to fracture and it hasn’t been updated in a few weeks .

Thanks!

Tyrant's grasp vs apocalypse?

This is my first time playing again since the game came out and have been having a lot of fun with the new class. I've tried to optimize my build as much as I can for apocalypse but am still struggling with regular lair bosses on torment 12. Is tyrants grasp build better damage wise?
