I'm currently stuck at Pit 147 lacking the DPS to kill before being killed. I think if it weren't for those 2 dinosuar like creatures that spawn on you every so often with unstoppable affix, I could probably fish good enemies, good map layout, maybe some luck with double power orbs etc.

But I simply cannot kill those 2 unstoppables fast enough.

I am mostly following Mekuna's Push 150 with some Rank 1 Push mixed in (I think it's just the Talisman 3 charm hack setup and legendary gloves from Rank 1 build). Also I still have Undying on boots and didn't roll a Fiendish Opression pair yet. I also tried PocBer as equipped by those at top of leaderboards.

Glyphs are 143-144 - I could probably grind lower pits and eventually bump these up. All my socketed splinters are unique level. Crit chance is at 100%.

Aside from gem strength, I'm missing fire damange transfigure everywhere. The bulk of my mythics were 3 crafted to 1 non-crafted, so affixes aren't perfect, but at least mostly useful.

I must have tried rolling Sadistic on my amulet 60-70+ times (didn't keep actual count), and I have 0% hit rate. I know it's all RNG, but anyone else finding it's perhaps lower chance relative to others?

I've seen 4 or 5 aspects over and over again, and then a handful that were only seen once maybe twice at most.

Started running the tributes, materials nmd and my corrupted roots in Skovos as the Kullean seems a tougher drop, but still no luck.

I would imagine that, such as myself, there are many fans of SCHD in this sub.

The ETF has apparently gotten a lot of inflows as a "defensive" play. But with it outpacing SPY and QQQ in NAV past 1 year, it appears to be very stretched.

The reason for the NAV apprecation isn't growth from the underlying, simply rotation from the more risky tech/AI/big capex etc. But truth is, those areas are growing revenue and profit very fast.

There is a some sentiment going around to buy/reward companies who aren't currently participating in high capex cycle. But I have to wonder, how does this create value for the companies sitting on the sidelines? IMO it doens't. Of course it's less risky, but value generation comes from what exactly?

So curious to know, how many here have been selling SCHD, and if so what are you buying? I swapped some small bits of pieces of mine into VOO and QQQM. This is in tax advantaged account. I wouldn't do it in taxable or if I needed the income from it. It's getting really tempting to swap some more.

I never thought I'd see the day I'd think SCHD was a little overvalued - but here we are.

My Kobe 4 Draft Day white wear away upper isn't coming in until later this week. My release date blind box wasn't the color I wanted so I just bought it secondary.

I was wondering for those who already have them for the week+ so far and hooping in them - how many days of play or hours estimate does it take before you start to see some of the color underneath? I assume the first visible parts would be where the shoe creases and perhaps if you get stepped on? Does the white start peeling off faster and more easily after the first breaks form? Anyone have sample photos they can share?

Ideally I'm hoping the under color shows up faster, rather than taking forever and for the shoe to be beat and maybe needing replacement. But I'm a little afraid to use chemicals as many have seen on social media. Sure it takes the white away, but I'm thinking it probably hurts the sheen of the under color as well.

Does anyone have experience doing PSA on site grading at the National or Fanatics Fest (assuming they offered it in past years)? Or have feedback from others you know?

From what I can tell, as long as you submit the card(s) by the designated cutoff time, the card will be avaible by end of show.

I am wondering:

1. What are typical turnaround times? Roughly next day / 24 hours from drop off?
2. What happens if the card is not done by end of show? Are you allowed to take the card back and get a full refund? Or would they take the card and ship later?
3. I assume they have some stop quota to maintain confidence in completing all submissions by end of show?

Biggest issue for me is I wouldn't need more than 2 days at the show itself - so cost of travel/hotel and admission isn't worth it for another 3rd or 4th day. Depending on location I could plan to be in the area and spend the time elsewhere to justify extra hotel days.

Also my plan would be to go on first day and drop off ASAP; hoping they use FIFO system. While I'm sure others have the same thinking, I can't imagine foot traffic on first week day to be anything comparable to SAT.

I saw a short video on S14 PTR going over how Mythics/Ubers have changed to random roll affixes, and now any Unique can be upgraded to a Mythic Unique.

Does anyone know if those changes are just for the upcoming season, or are they intended to persist (for whatever that means in D4 - give 2-3 seasons for next rework)?

Game seems to be going in strange direction (IMO) - farm mats to play at the Cube Casino. Farm a great drop only to have the Cube brick it - and likewise farm okay gear and turn it into magic at the Cube.

I hit gem strength on a throw away piece of gear so decided to push pit and see how much difference it makes. At this point also swapped to Peghian/Azurewath/Thul freeze - primarily following swa66y build. I was able to crank out several more levels. Cleared 143 just needing a decent/open map layouts where it's easier to pool large packs together.

But on 144, I can't survive beyond the first pack, so definitely hit a breakpoint where either their damage is more than I can sustain, or I can't kill them fast enough or some combination of both.

I hit gem strength on my 2H mace, it was a non-GA 900 with all preferred affixes, GA'ed temper crit chance and masterwork bonus on gem strength - not the greastest roll at 270% - equipped with 2 horadric skulls at 113% each.

Tried to hit gem strength on 2H sword but starting to realize it's low odds. I didn't hit it on my 2H mace until P270 and honestly didn't think it was going to happen before I put the game down for the season. I'm now thinking I should farm skulls to get up to flawless horadric level - at least this will have a known outcome if I put in the time - just farm Seer's and sell off the other gems to get even more Skulls (more or less what I did to get the horadrics). But will this be enough DPS? Probably not for 150.

But back to main question is how do you survive? There is very limited defense on this build, no resolve stacking and mainly the aspects and selig.. One difference I did notice is the build has lightning and fire resistance gems whereas I have diamonds. It is more or less "more DPS to kill before you get killed" defense?

I recently requested a PSA card in my Vault be shipped to me, paid the fees and website status shows the card has been shipped. The only email notification I received was receipt for the shipment fee, but nothing about the shipment itself. Looking at the portal, I am unable to find any tracking infromation. The Vault section just shows "shipped". The Orders section makes no mention of the shipment.

Any way to find the tracking information or is it normal for them to not provide it? If it makes any difference it's a few hundreds dollar card value.

About 15 years ago, I used to buy these nice single ball drawstring bags for my TF-1000's (the legendary one IYKYK) and NBA offical leather game balls. They were soft material, but also very thick, and definitely helped with the longevity.

Wilson makes a single ball bag, but aside from the bottom, the entire bag is netted so not the best (IMO) protection.

Anyone know of a product that's more like the one I described?

Suppose you took a capital gains loss of $15k in a given year; with the cap set at $3k per year, you have an additional 4 years to carryover the remaining $12k in losses.

How is this remaining $12k "balance" tracked? Is there a specific form or worksheet where each year it updates the balance, and this specific field is refenced in subsequent tax returns?

Or are you as the individual responsible for keeping track of it, and then required to show some form of proof each year? This could get messy as you'd have to go back to taxes from a few years back, and potentially show each year where you claimed a deduction.

Due to high demand, the upcoming Cerebras Systems (CBRS) IPO is now requesting (requiring?) that a limit order be set on your indication of interest.

I had submitted my indication of interest on Fidelity prior to the limit order request being made. As such, I was only required to enter number of shares. As of today, there are no updates/changes/action items on my indication of interest.

On a separate brokerage, I submitted an indication of interest after the limit order annoucement. In this case, it did ask me for both number of shares and limit price.

Questions:

1. Has anyone submitted an indication of interest on Fidelity after the annoucement was was asked to submit both shares and limit price?
2. Will Fidelity be sending out new notice/action item to add limit price to existing indications of interset?
3. Has anyone submitted an indication of interst on Fidelity prior to the announcement, only being asked for share price, and later canceled it, and performed a new indication that asked for both share price and limit price?

The closest match I could find is AIPO - it has exactly the names I want GEV CEG VRT VST ETN BE TLN CCJ. But despite the focus being energy, grid and data center operations, it does sneak in AI hardware. I don't hold any of those individually so the ETF is great and more concentrated exposure compared to the broad indices.

But it also has ~10% AVGO/NVDA/AMD which I already have too much exposure by holding individually, through SMH and through QQQM and VOO. Then to lesser weights it overlaps further with MRVL ARM amongst others.

I'll probably still take some bites if I can't find something better, but ideally searching for either no semi or less weight in semi.

I didn't realize that Roku had updated the Ultra model as it seems confusing to just keep the same name (why not Ultra2 or Ultra X etc so it's obvious there's a new/different version?).

Currently have the 2020 version or model 4800. Never had any issue with it until recently I noticed sometimes YouTube videos had buffering issues, which never happened before. While the occasional hiccup was acceptable, I'm new to Peacock streaming, and it jitters more often than not for live sports events - not even watchable unless you want a headache and to ruin your eyes. Hadn't noticed any issue with Netflix or Paramount.

I suppose it should be an obvious answer, but before committing to the upgrade purchase, just wanted to confirm with that the newer/faster model has fixed these type of issues for other users? Thanks.

Been in and out of the hobby for decades, and mostly out from 2017-2024. After attending some major shows in the past year, I was very surprised to see how many vintage and older cards (1948-1990 - I don't really look at prior years) have the newer LightHouse labels.

Many of these grail level cards would surely have first been graded prior to 2017, and they all couldn't be more recent submissions. It got me thinking, why would people bother risking the reholdering of $5-250k cards, not to mention the additonal costs? Sure, with the huge surge in prices, I suppose all of these cards were worth substantially less in 2017. But still, it's all relative; those older grails were still grails in 2017.

Is the main reason for reholdering higher demand and sale price on newer label? It's funny because I downsized some of my collection in the past year, and I have nothing but pre-2017 labels. Yet my grail/GOAT level/highly liquid cards had no trouble getting 85-100% comps in the old labels. Only buyers who wanted to offer less percentage comps referenced "old label" to try and negotiate the price down, but I passed on their offers. Main point is my personal experience seems to indicate new/old label does not matter. Maybe it was the nature of my cards where buyers were more forgiving (truly top 5-10 all time players, higher end grades, mostly rookies or lower pop issues)?
