Edit: yep, game was over. Had to google the result. In my opinion, it should be a felony to broadcast a sports event snd not broadcast the last minute.

Sharing my case in case it happens to anyone else, or already has.

I activated the 7-day free trial of NFL Game Pass (now run by DAZN). The welcome email arrived on September 28 and said the trial "will move to the plan you chose, unless you cancel before the trial period ends" (translated from Spanish). No mention of price, term, or commitment.

Today, October 4, still within the trial, I was charged $700 MXN. When I went to cancel, I found out the plan is "Annual, paid monthly": even if you cancel, they keep charging $700/month until August 2027. That's $8,400 MXN total for a "Season Pass" for a season that ends in February.

What happened in support chat:

• The first agent confirmed that since I was still in the trial and hadn't paid anything, I could cancel with no charges.
• A minute later, they asked me to confirm only "turning off auto-renewal", which keeps the monthly charges.
• I was escalated to a specialist, who denied the refund because I "already used the service" (during the free trial) and sent me the terms in English, even though I'm in Mexico.

Heads up: if you start the trial, check which plan is selected. The default is the annual plan with a 12-month commitment, and cancelling doesn't stop the charges.

I have screenshots of everything and I'm disputing the charge with my bank. If that doesn't work, I'll go to PROFECO (Mexico's consumer protection agency). Has anyone dealt with this? Did a bank dispute or a consumer complaint work for you?

Ok DAZN I get you wanting to play your own ads to get revenue but holy f please synchronize the volume. Everytime the ads begin my ears blow out because they are sooo much louder than the game volume.

Signed up for month to month, payment came out, no longer pending. But at the time it said it didn’t go through, and I tried again and it charged me. So I now have two subscriptions active and both payments taken out. Tried AI support, obviously didn’t know how to fix it. Support email not getting back to me. How are people contacting support/escalating? Or so I need to do a chargeback?

SO, I am an overseas NFL fan, and I am having a great time so far. First time since 2 years since we could follow the NFL season right from the pre-season.

Here's the thing: "OMG shoe came off!"

2nd try => I have an annual sub, absolutely love it because I love NFL. I'm from the Netherlands? But here's the thing: I always got the idea that multiview was limited to "better tier" subs. SO => I tried.

RedZone + "your (= you!) favorite team" = awesomesauce guaranteed.

This may sound dumb to some, but I love seeing all those US commercials. For multiple reasons. BUT, sometimes it's annoying. Enter... RedZone + "your game" in a multiview.

Once again: I always thought you needed a premium sub. You don't?!!

I am an international NFL fan who had the honor (!) to experience the old NFL+ for forgeingers. I still have my NFL account to bnack this up. NFL NEVER provided stuff lke this!
