Prior to lending out my nano, I was able to connect it to my laptop. But after lending it, it can’t connect anymore. It says it’s connected but it doesn’t show on my macbook

I’m a Professional creator looking to buy this camera for fun BTS, family trips and other random moments.
I got the pocket 4 a few weeks ago and am LOVING the image I can get out of it.
Looking online and watching dozens of videos on the nano I am torn. Some look good and others look like trashhhh.
Is it just user error and can actually produce a nice looking image or is it really difficult to get nice looking stuff?
Thanks! 🙏
Hi, I just bought an Osmo nano it looks really cool but struggling to get the vids i film on it off. I use iphone and it is perennialy full storage. I have icloud and the setting thart is supopsed to make photos save on icloud and not be fully res on phone - however despite this being on the phone storage is alwasy full. Fo rthis reason i am unable to use the DJI app to get film off the device as i cant sav on my iphone. I also have a 2020 macbook. I have plugged the nano (on dock ) into this (with the camera facing away from the dock screen) and selected the yellow message about transfering files - however the device does not show a s a location in finder - i cannot see it in finder sidebar. I did open Image Capture and saw the device but no files or videos- any adivce would be appreciated - I feel that it is yet anohter day lost to trying to decipher tech - not my idea of fun - i'm sure other people use iphones and macbooks with DJI - why am I finding it so hard? Thanks
Has anyone else encountered this issue with the Osmo Nano? It has happened to me multiple times. Sometimes a restart doesn’t fix it, and it only works again after restarting a few times.
The problem is that the screen freezes/stucks, but the recording button still appears and the device continues recording normally. It’s just the display that becomes unresponsive.
I have two issues..
I have the DJI cable that came with it + it connects to my phone, I can see the videos I took on my phone through the DJI Mimo app.
But I can't see them on the vision dock when I use the camera.
Plus, the most annoying part is that my MAC doesn't detect my cable, but it's charging... what should I do?
I already tried to go through the camera setting and use USB to File storage -> it shows "Connected" on the camera but nothing appears on my MAC.. also not working on my friend's MAC.
I have had it for two days and today I am seeing these marks, it feels like silicon, is it normal?
Just got my Osmo nano. I was planning to keep the vision dock in my pocket while recording. Has anyone found a way to protect the pins while disconnected from the camera? Maybe with like a cover or something?
