So far Im not feeling it chief.

DA1 had me in its grip from the start. I loved the characters at the start (Akane, Inori, Haru etc.,) and felt Yuki so far was a good protag.

Come chapter 1 of sdra 2, and im not feeling it. I finished chapter 1 (the murder was excellent) and so far the game feels meh to me.

I dont like the whole point and click system compare to 1's moving sprites by your own, not seeing Sora's sprite most of the time (unless world travel) kinda makes me feel she's missing unlike Yuki. I also have not liked a single character so far barring the chad Mikado who's singlehandedly carrying my interest. And maybe Yoruko to an extent. Ok and maybe the cute little midget Iroha but im afraid she'll die a horrible death later because of her being as cute as a button.

And coming to class trials, i genuinely hate that bow and arrow mini game and the final shooting minigame and the construct the scene expecting you to pick the pictures (soo many pics) without letting you cycle to the previous set.

Dont get me wrong, im sure it gets better as i go in, but at the moment I'm just not feeling it.

And also, is there anyway to view truth bullets in the middle of a trial?

1. Normal school life

All the SDRA2 and DRA cast are at a typical high school where nothing went wrong and no killing game or despair or Tragedy occurred.

2. survivor Kiyoka

My favorite character (wife) survives and learns to be less impulsive and all that and actually gains more insight and can bring hope to the other characters

3. survivor Hibiki

Hibiki didn't die, Kanade either doesn't feel like she needs to follow through with the plan or fails, and Hibiki has to learn to become independent without Kanade.

4. Some sort of amalgamation-Frankengirl

Either Hibiki and Kanade get fused into one and revived as a singular person, or some characters who died get combined into one. For now, these characters would be Hibiki, Kanade, Ayame and Akane. Even Akane but especially Ayame and Hibiki would let the Amalgamation (known as Ami because it starts with Am like Amalgamation) have some semblance of humanity but it allows, in this AU, for the characters to get a second chance at life and be reincarnated to right their wrongs.

5. Sentient AI Kizuna Tomori

I like this one. Basically, an AI (not just in a simulation but with potentially either actual robotic parts or in someone else's body) of Kizuna Tomori was created and she's sentient. Ai Tomori (get it, AI, haha...) goes against her programming due to her sentience and begins to act like her own individual rather than Kizuna Tomori, which means Ai is much more empathetic, less focused on money or status, and also very caring towards those around her, always ready to make friends. She is also peppy and extroverted and acts a lot like Kizuna's "fake personality".
