Where can I get car dashcam installed

I bought a car a few months ago and have been wanting to buy a dashcam for it. I asked the store Carflections about it and they quoted me 16k for something that is much cheaper online.

God’s plan

Five days ago, I knew nothing about Dibrugarh, just that it’s in Assam. I made a random comment on this subreddit and someone replied. Yesterday I met that person in real life. It was unexpectedly amazing, like meeting an old friend. All this from a simple Reddit comment. Just wanted to share how cool this community is.

I was suppose to be in Guwahti yesterday night but I stuck in dbrg and have a beautiful sunset with live music from locals. Best evening in North East ❤️

Is this enough for Central OBC NCL certificate application

Today I went to a cafe to make my Central OBC NCL certificate because I’ll be applying to Central Universities.

I already have a State OBC NCL certificate. The person there gave me a format and told me to fill it out and get it signed and sealed by an authorised officer. After that, he said the process is basically done and I can submit that format whenever the Central OBC NCL is asked for.

I’m a bit confused is this actually enough for Central Universities, or do I still need the final Central OBC NCL certificate issued officially online/offline

Garbage issue

Today while going out I observed that a vehicle stopped by roadside and threw the garbage bag into an open beautiful green paddy field and it got me wondering why can't there be a door to door garbage collection system where users pay a monthly fees depending on the property size and type and vans come and collect it..I know in some localities there are some NGO's who are doing it but they are not regular..so why can't the policy makers make a department or devise some policies for this.in this way our drains won't get clogged ,fields won't get dirty n smelly and for once we might get a clean, beautiful society .
