I dont understand how I'm still healthy.
Here is the info for my entire diet today:
Calories: 1750
total fat: 93.5g
saturated fat: 47.5g
cholesterol: 0mg
sodium: 2040mg
total carbs: 209g
dietary fiber: 5g
total sugars:90g
incl. added sugars: 88g
protein: 18g
vitamin B12: 40% of DV
polyunsaturated fat: 14g
monounsaturated fat: 14g
vitamin A: 30% of DV
vitamin E: 6% of DV
calcium: 10% of DV
iron: 28% of DV
potassium: 12% of DV
and yes this is what my daily diet tends to look like. however, its been like this for 17 years now, and:
-fasting glucose and hemoglobin a1c is normal
-both good and bad cholesterol is normal
-all electrolytes and minerals are normal
-all lipids are normal
-BP is always either normal or very slightly elevated (slight enough no medical professional has ever been concerned by it and it's more likely a side effect of my medication than my diet since I never had even slight elevations before I started a medication 5 years ago)
,and pretty much all of my lab values are normal
... consistently for years, everything is normal, doctors are pleased with my clean bill of health, I'm all good!
(these values are caused by severe treatment resistant arfid. I only eat a few foods and I eat the same things over and over again. Yes, I am in ARFID treatment. It is ineffective so far. No, I cannot access any further arfid treatment)
