Has always loved digimon and the cards, but I have been more on the collecting side (occasionally ripping packs just for the sake of it). My friend recently moved out and gave me his Sakuyamon deck for me to keep as he doesn't think he would be able to find time to play anymore anyway.

Question is same as the post title. Should I try to dip into the game, or you reckon it's in a rocky state? Not looking to be fully competitve or anything, just hoping to have some fun out of playing it.

Any kind of insight would be truly appreciated. Thanks!

So I'm building beatbreak but I have exactly 0 copies of glowing dawn. I haven't pulled any in store tourney packs and no one in the UK seems to be selling them

Can I get away with just using chartreuse memory boost as an alternative for now until lm09? I know it can't pick up the tamers or the non green/yellow pieces obviously.

Me and my friends are still learning so we have some question just to he sure.

If a tamer has a Start of main effect that plays another tamer with a different Start of main effect, will the second Start of main trigger?

If I have multiple effects that let me link and evolve at the End of the turn, can I add the When Digivolve and When Linking effects to the stack before finishing to resolve all the other End of turn effects?

Cards such as Hexeblaumon that ask me to remove 4 digivolution cards from my opponent's digimon, can remove less than 4 cards or will they skip the removal if there are less cards than the specified amount?

Sorry if the post sounds low effort. I'm curious about your insights on Rebootmon now that BT25 is out.

It's obviously still very early, so this is more a question of vibes rather than results.

The deck reads like it's possibly the strongest an Appmon deck's ever been, and Rebootmon itself doesn't sound too shabby. But still, appmon has such a mid track record, I'm not sure how truly competent the deck might end up being, despite me wanting to have faith in it.

I've already seen some experimentation and noticed the BT25 core is being prioritized, but with Charismon sprinkled in, and still weird to me, that Appmon option from EX11 (God Grade Unleashed). Which sound a bit odd to me since the only link-card trashing via effects would be the teched Charismon, if I'm not mistaken.

I've also heard Offmon is not as good as Onmon and might be worth running at lower numbers, which thematically sounds sad, but I'm also not sure why you wouldn't run one of the archetypal lvl3s anyway.

Anyway, it'd be interesting to read some opinions or insights from others who have tested/are testing it.

Hey, simple issue here. Friday is gonna be a welcome trainer event for the decks and I’m still super unsure in what deck I should lean into or which actually are budget wise more worth.

Like for data squad, I would maybe need to lean into getting the ad01 singles plus bt25, which can be a expensive topic to talking about

But for beat break. You would need to buy the green and yellow dual cards of bt25

Like what is the counter play here? You give them ONE memory and as long as they have one tamer and one level 3/4 Digimon in the breeding area they can just OTK you. So much value for nothing, I don’t get it. This stupid ping pong mechanic shouldn’t be a thing.

Me and my friend had a debate. Does hina kurihara ex3 work if the player digivolves in the breeding area? hina is in play on the battlefield and we had a debate I said cards can't reference the breeding area, but he says that because the card says "all digimon" it would work. help us settle this pls
