Dinnerly has to be going bankrupt

Much like a previous post, we received a deliver that was supposed to be three meals for roughly $70. The package received had zero meat (recipes called for all three to have them), and other ingredients were also missing to the tune of about 14$ worth of actual groceries being in the package. We complained about the lack of actual food and were given a $13 credit. We replied that this was unacceptable and that we wanted a full refund, which they were kind enough to reply back with an additional $5 credit. It is physically impossible to speak to a live person. Even the chat bot errors out when asking for a person there too. Now we move to cancel and dispute the charge.

Dinnerly going bust?

I'm beginning to wonder if Dinnerly is going bust. They did not deliver last two boxes (not FedEx - they did not even get them to Fedex, tracking just says "We'll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package", ship date and estimated delivery date (weeks old by now) both say "Will be updated soon." Their customer service phone number just has an autoresponse that due to high volume of calls, customers should email or go through the website.

By email, customer service responded after a week, gave me $5 for inconvenience, did not acknowledge request for refund instead of credit, and now claiming box was delivered and I just need to look around for it (lol). Fedex tracking links disappeared from their website but good thing I grabbed screenshots.. I'm going to see if this week's box comes and customer service response, and will cancel service and file chargeback. And recs for good replacement service? I've done a couple before, kind of liked Dinnerly's choices but this isn't gonna work anymore.
