Dinnerly has to be going bankrupt

Much like a previous post, we received a deliver that was supposed to be three meals for roughly $70. The package received had zero meat (recipes called for all three to have them), and other ingredients were also missing to the tune of about 14$ worth of actual groceries being in the package. We complained about the lack of actual food and were given a $13 credit. We replied that this was unacceptable and that we wanted a full refund, which they were kind enough to reply back with an additional $5 credit. It is physically impossible to speak to a live person. Even the chat bot errors out when asking for a person there too. Now we move to cancel and dispute the charge.

Hoping for help

My parents have had this piano for a while and are looking to sell. I’ve tried to research on eBay but all of them are wood colored (not black). Does this add value to it at all? Also what other versions exist that I can try to research to determine what she should be asking. Any help would be greatly appreciated
