Hi, I just moved to a new house sadly wala pang wired connection dito. Looking to use Dito WowFi Pro for the meantime which is unlimited (na users confirmed limits the speed after 10GB). So I'm thinking if I can use the level up promos (data packets) para ito yung mag kick-in once the 10GB limit is reached? Has anyone tried this? Thank you!
Bakit pag brownout pati signal ng 4g/5g wowfi nyo nawawala den? Eh binili nga to for back up purposes so kung ganito aanhin to?
I'm ready to apply for a different provider and once that's in place, I'm going to pack this modem and return it to the Dito concept store in SM.
It's so slow that their Dito App won't even open to chat with their support.

Is anyone having issues with 5G since yesterday?
I can switch my router's Network Searching to Auto or 4G Only but that is veeeery slow and I get disconnected a lot. So I am hoping there is a fix for this if this is just an isolated case. Thank you

I just bought there home wifi pro with unlimited data for 365 days sa shopee, and I'm unable to register it. Hindi nadedetect ng app ung wifi and nakalagay "No internet access". Nagka internet access siya when I first turned it on pero nawala na agad before I could even register it sa app. I tried putting the sim sa phone but hindi nadedetect ung number and hindi nakakareceive ng OTP. I can't file a ticket kasi need registered ung number. Shopee agents arent helping either paulit ulit na lang sinasabi until ghinost nako. May signal ang Dito kasi nasa Calamba naman ako wala lang takaga OTP and internet access.
