How to divorce

Hello there I have been married for around little over a year now and I want a divorce I have been asking for one since months but neither my family or his family will agree he’s almost near 30 year old and I am just 20 I live in Middle East and he likes in USA so I physically cannot go against my parents or I will literally get mentally abused every time I ask for one I am peer pressured into forgiving him but now I no longer want to deal with him anymore it’s genuinely making me go crazy I think the biggest mistake I did was like telling my family that I forgive him and I am gonna move on but I genuinely cannot and idk what to do about it I would love some advice Bvz my husband won’t agree since he’s “ in love “ with me and I genuinely don’t wanna continue this marriage
Also here are some reasons that I want a divorce
He used to call me really bad curses
He “ micro” cheated on me by texting girls behind my back
He has no good goals in life
He’s physically unattractive
He dosent understand me
He tells my mom everything even my secrets
He also has this bad mindset that women belong in the kitchen
He gets very angry with everyone and physical with men’s
We both are long distance which is the only reason I have survived so far
I would also like to mention that after all these I told everyone I will forgive him since they wouldn’t give me the divorce and I didn’t wanna be mentally abused but now I have changed my mind and don’t know what to do

Prenup infidelity clause

Talking marriage and discussing a prenup with my partner. I wanted a general prenup basically protecting our current and future assets in the even of a separation. They brought up wanting an infidelity clause where I would pay them money to move on with their life if I cheat. Problem for me is they can't do te same as I make more than them. If I cheat I have to pay extra but if they cheat they just leave the relationship. I considered Mayne they pay over time but then I've seen stuff that says a judge can deem certain things unconscionable and toss it out or even toss the whole agreement based on that. So a judge sympathetic to a lower earning partner is like yeah you agreed but I'll disregard that or I'll take this opportunity to disregard the whole thing and give a traditional divorce take half their assets and you take half their debts. I get they want some protection to not be forced to stay or be out on the street if I messed up but I don't care for one sided punitive clause at all and I wanted no punitive clauses. Plus even if I agreed I've seen stuff that says such a thing may still be voided or cause the prenup to be voided being so one-sided against the financially better off spouse. Currently it feels like a stalemate because I won't do it again without a prenup and they say they won't do it without such a clause. What are you experiences and thoughts on this?

Please no just don't get married if you want a prenup

Please no it's easy and fine just don't cheat comments

seeking real discussion and real thoughts not societal fluff.

What’s the best online divorce service? Anyone with experience with online divorce services?

Hey everyone. Me and my partner are divorcing. We have easily agreed on all things, so we don’t see the need for lawyers, an online divorce service seems enough. Anyone knows what the best online divorce service is? I did some research and I can see people recommend services like:

- onlinedivorce.com

- divorce.com

- divorcewriter

- divorcenet

- legal zoom

However, I don’t know anyone who has actually used these services, so I would appreciate if anyone has some idea about them. Thank you!
