Welcome Penny! Met a woman at the vet who asked me if I would like to adopt her pup.

I was checking out at the vet when I saw a dachshund (who happened to be Pennys sibling) and started loving on him with my 15 year old dachshund by my side. This woman approached me and asked if I was interested in adopting her puppy because she couldn’t take care of her anymore because she could tell I love dogs. Well here we are!

Welcome to the pack Daisy 🌼

This one found us yesterday. She’s completely deaf, hella snuggly, and so good with our 7 m/o baby who adores her. The universe works in mysterious ways ✨

Story of a sweetheart

Someone told me to post her story here so ima just repost what i had wrote originally (if thats okay)❤️ Someone tied this poor thing up to a tree in the park last night (monday). Its been raining the past few days where im from. Shes still young. I was feeding some stray cats last night and heard a dog barking. A man was standing outside the park staring at it and i was confused. I asked someone to go see if it was his dog but the dog was not moving but i couldnt see what was going on since it was dark out. The man said it wasnt his dog and he seen it while walking or something. He went to the skatepark to ask if it was anyones dog but they said no. We end up bringing the dog to the house and she was very dirty! Shes got fleas and her harness and leash was even more dirty! Shes a sweet dog and actually smart. Shes a bit jumpy but hasnt nipped at me once. She comes when called. I want to keep her but idk if i can afford her. She really likes me. Im just looking for ideas at this point. I lost my dog last year in July and she kind reminds me of her with how loving she is

Its been about 3 days now and my reddit and threads post have blown up! The pet lovers have shown sooo much love! Some have offer to donate to vet bills and others offered to buy her stuff. I made a little list on amazon (because people told me to make a wishlist) and not even a full day went by and the items were bought 😭 i know this is a long post guys but in a world full of negativity and the horrible things people do to animals. I feel blessed. I haven’t gotten a name for her yet. I honestly just been hanging out with her and just having fun to even think about one. When you lose a pet you just remember that time flies and you want to just fix the moments you missed out on. Shes amazing! Shes great with other animals. Shes great with kids/babies. She pulls a little but we will fix that lol. I put booties on her and she didnt even try taking them off! I will stop yapping now lol. Shes staying with me ❤️ i will post the video of her choosing to stay as well. Heres a pic of us today and last night with her booties haha

2 days before having to put my senior down....this dude was running around an intersection. He had been hit once.

I wasnt looking for another dog, yet the distribution system had other plans. Found him in the town of Jackson, named him Jackson. Posted every local FB group, went to several local vets, no chip/nobody claimed him.

That was on March 26th.
