The current prices for SB01 markers is going absolutely crazy. But despite that, in card market I don't see any sales. Does anyone know if the cards have had any movement at all?

By the end of the year, is this going to hit like? I don't even know... when does a booster box goes up more than it's retail price in one day.

Is anyone sitting on these? I just opened my SB02 and got a gold marker and some other energy markers. Wondering if I should open my SB01

Missing some important BL like e-90 at 15k and e-73 at 10k and psa10 e-42 at 12.5k and e-60 at 7.5K…

This subreddit was started 3 months ago and this an insane milestone that we just achieved as a community. Thanks so much to everyone who has joined and engaged with us here. We've slowly grown to become one of the largest TCG Investing subreddits, though we still have much room to grow to catch up with the other giants such as Pokemon and One Piece.

This is a really exciting time as the Anime has been revived and so has the TCG fanbase with it!

I have to admit this may get even more out of control. Long story short price is now in the $2200-2500 range. People compare it to the one piece blue bottom except you can find a lot more boxes for sale on eBay and tcg player of the one piece box while this one we all know was not printed as much and a lot of it was ripped. You remember the retail store sleeved packs? Those are going to get even rarer because people ripped those as well. No one cared about this set appreciating in price significantly so they ripped it.

I’m not trying to pump my bags as I only have one of each and I did sell my spare SB01 at $400 some time ago lmao. I was close to buying another box recently but price just rocketed out of my reach. In a normal world I could see this box correct in price by a good amount but $2500 is pretty cheap for certain people buying up TCGs lately(we know what type of people they are) and it just takes a couple guys buying another 3-4 boxes to raise the price to $2700-3000 and so on because supply is so low. I’m at the point where I’m hoping Bandai reprints the set one more time but what are the odds?

1 star gogeta BR leader from fb09. Hard to find comps but I love how it’s the cover art of the set. How much is a good price to buy/sell? Raw price is roughly 150$ currently

With a majority of the sales occurring during release, a lot of those boxes were cracked (low pricing, dead TCG IP)

Since then, you can see the much smaller spike in quantity during the boom in February. Indicating a limited product.

SB02 supply chart on the other hand is much more condensed and shows it was printed to meet demand at the time with steady supply.

I truly think SB01 is severely underpriced at the moment.
SB02 will most likely follow suit due to the demand.

Thoughts?

A nearly 50k sale for fusion world. This is HUGE guys. Lots of folks from op and pokemon will be flooding the hobby after this headline floods their feeds. We truly living in a fusion world rn
