"Little diva" only episode not streaming

Neither is Christmas but I understand since that was a movie completely separate from the series. But little diva is the only single episode you can't watch on paramount plus, Pluto, Netflix or anywhere else. Does anyone know what the deal is with this episode or why it might be "banned" ? They managed to make all the others available by removing music or making edits but not this one . Very weird

I feel like Little Diva could've been better had the plot line of Drake and Josh dragging Ashley Blake around and pretending she's awake take up at least half the episode, rather than Josh being stuck as her assistant.

Like, imagine the first 17 minutes condensed to just 11. Like, before the commercial break is when Ashley gets killed by the bucket and Megan asks Josh why his door was under her bucket.
