I think Lucius/Lily comes closest. It is not Lily/Snape due to differences in wealth, blood purity and overall fact that they were friends.

Lucius and Lily could have easily met both at Hogwarts and in Slughorn's club (Lucius would be "Alumni" at that point).

How do you feel about this ship? Did you read any decent fics with it?

Is there any other hypothetical ships that would meet the requirements?

How on earth do ya'll get past writers block? I have a case of writers block that is indescribably bad. It's so bad I can't even write about how bad it is, that's how bad it is!!!

I used to write rather prolifically and then stopped about a decade ago, and haven't done much of it since. I've had a Dramione plotbunny that hasn't left me alone for about a year now, and decided a few months ago to write it out--but every time I try, it's like every word I've ever known and my entire grasp on grammar just melts out of my ears.

Send help. 😭 Or at least commiserate so I know I'm not alone lol. Does anyone else have debilitating writer's block right now? What are you doing about it?

I recently read this fanfic and it was amazing! I wanted something with similar vibes!

I'm not demanding, but I would love a Draco simp, possessive and jealous! I'm also open to stories featuring sub-tropes like fake dating, arranged marriage (or marriage laws), action, comedy, and fluff!

I'm open to character bashing and enjoy it when someone tries to interfere but fails (though, for Merlin's sake, no cheating or love triangles)! I'm also not looking for stories that are overly long or a *very* slow burn.

hi , everyone this is my first ever fic of my life dedicated to Dramione ,I wanted to read more regency fics after reading Hermione your grace by WillowingScribe and a muggle born magic by musyc I realised there wasn't many regency or historical fics or Hermione that focuses a lot on emotion , not that I know of recs are appreciated , lots of love enjoy .......

Hi guys! New to the ship, but not to the fandom! So I've read two fanfictions successfully- "Until the Ink Dries" and another one long ago, about how Draco and Hermione met before and she gave him her copy of Matilda. Both very cute.
But most recs I see are super angsty, 6/7/8th year/post WW ministry fics and I'm just not into that (Well, UtID was an exception, because I liked the letters).
I'd love to read some Dramione starter fics/Hogwarts era/no Voldemort type stories? I like long ones, 50k-150k. Prefer fluff over smut. :) (never read any Dramione smut, idk if I want to lol)

Hello!

After more than a decade, I returned to the WW, and I am ready to write a war trilogy (which would be composed of changes to CoS, a different ending of DoM, and totally different HBP and DH). I have an outline.

The fic will be darker than what we have now. I will add and explain the wizarding economy, provide insight into sources of magic and its limitatons, including how self-sacrifice works, etc.

The fic will be specific because I will introduce PoVs of other characters, and I will change Voldemort's motives to leave the readers wondering whether he is actually a hero.

One of the subplots I want and need is a romantic subplot for Draco. I know the community likes Dramione (as do I), but I have this feeling that Ginny would get more depth if she was the one.

My question to you is who do you think would be a better fit for Draco, especially concerning his social circles. To clarify: which girl would Lucius and Narcissa more receptive of. If I recall well, Lucius sort of praised Hermione in CoS.

This is important in order to keep the subplot a subplot, and not add a romantic plot to the fic: the plot is war.

You must also know that my Ginny will be the first Weasley ever to be sorted into Slytherin (to that extent I am changing the series. I think a Slytherin Ginny, who is not dark!Ginny, would be more interesing as a character, and a clear demonstration that not all Slytherins are evil (although she does beat Harry at Quiditch! :-) )

Io non l’ho mai comprato e non so come si usa, è sicuro che si possa leggere direttamente lì?
