Is it possible to find any replacement screws for the Dremel 402 Mandrel? I have a few mandrels that could use a few screws

I had just recently bought a dremel 3000 which came with the flex shaft but I can’t seem to get a good angle where it’s not awkward to hold. I’m using it to engrave mirrors and glass but it seems to take a lot of effort to move and use it like a pen. Even trying to have it ‘pen’ part upright is difficult.

I have the dremel hanging up but the flex shaft just seems heavy and it’s putting a lot of pressure on my pointer finger when holding it like a pen.

Maybe I’m holding it wrong? or is there a better position?
