Attachment burnt off. Which do I need to use for sanding MDF board?

Obviously I have no idea what I'm doing, I was using a sanding attachment and it eventually burnt off.

What would be the appropriate attachment to use for sanding MDF board around glued mosaic pieces as I am doing in the video?

Bought a Dremel 8240, and it’s making weird noises

Just bought myself this cordless dremel 8240 and it’s been a week of using it and it feels like smth is wrong, not sure if that’s normal. Sometimes when starting the tool it seems to vibrate as if spinning wrong in some way, shaking the whole tool as I use it. Sometimes it’s completely normal and sometimes it sounds like it’s sputtering in some way. Could anyone tell me if this is normal?

Exposing threaded barrel

I have a friend that has an AK-47 and he wants to remove the cap covering the threads on his barrel. He wants to know if he can use a Dremel to safely remove that cap, and not damage the cap or the threats.

Traditional tattoo style jaguar and bird engraved mirror.

This one is my favourite that ive done so far. Wicker frame and some thorn vines to fill the corners.

Chamfering help

Many the watch cases/clasps I get off alix could benefit from some chamfering to reduce the sharpness of the edges. I'm tired of trying to do that by hand and want to try using my battery Dremel. Does anyone else a dremel and if so could you recommend a good bit and process your found to work?
