I’m finally going to buy a switch 2 and trade in my oled before the price hike. For some reason every store is showing no stock. Anyone know the shipping frequency for stores roughly. Want to get one before the first of September.

Anyone else find it really frustrating to buy a premium membership, get "early access" to products (like cheap tuesday) but then cant even place an order? I had 12 items in my cart from cheap tuesday deals. Not a single one was available for delivery, even though they are in stock online..

Ive also tried to order other things and it just says delivery unavailable in my area?? Like wym, just put it in a satchel and send it 😭

Is EB Games just hopeless now? I ordered a switch 2 apart of their sale and they cancelled my order on the very first day. If you’re preparing to have a sale, your stock levels should match and it was the first day of the sale?
Now they’re telling me to just keep checking for restocks? Maybe you should’ve prioritised a customer that paid?

Ok so for context some friends and I pre ordered beyblade X product from eb games months ago and as the product came up to release date I noticed the final payment come from our accounts for the product and yet we never receive notification about it being ready in store or being sent or whatever. Fast forward a day or two and the product we had pre ordered is now up on the website for sale (delivered).

I’m just really confused here as the definition and meaning of pre order is :** **

A pre-order is an order placed for an item or service before it is officially released, manufactured, or made available for sale. It lets buyers secure a product in advance so they receive it as soon as it launches.

So we have tried contacting eb games online through email and through phone with no reply or answer just left on hold for hours. When I entered a store to ask about my product the employees played dumb and acted like they couldn’t help me……

So what’s going on here has anyone else experienced this as the only option from the employees was a refund but I want the product I have pre ordered

Went to my local EB games at pacific fair to buy top loaders. Staff asked me if I wanted to renew and I said because it’s useless. I asked staff if they had chaos rising and he said no but he had 1 copy of first partner series 3. I asked to buy it and he said I couldn’t because I’m not a member. Is that really a rule or was he just trying to get me to renew my membership?

Hello, as the title of the post says, I was wondering if you can use EB Games gift cards on the website to purchase digital currency for platforms like the Playstation Store or the Nintendo Eshop? I know some other online platforms have restrictions preventing you from gift cards to purchase digital currency.

This is the first product release I’ve preordered from EV and not received a text that it’s ready for collection on the release day.
