Parchment to Certree? And nobody responding to calls/emails.
Hey guys, wondering if anybody else is having this problem. I am going insane:
Over a month ago, parchment was in network for El Camino, and has always been the preferred method of sending transcripts to other colleges. Now, apparently it's Certree, and when I check on parchment- it now says "Out of Network." WHY would they allow me to purchase and send my transcripts from parchment if they are just now switching to Certree? Because my transcripts haven't been recieved by my transfer college at all, and I'm worried this is the issue. My high school transcripts were received perfectly, so now I'm wondering if this "out of network" with ECC issue is keeping my transcripts from sending properly.
Also, NOBODY is picking up the phone or responding to emails!! I'm so confused. If it's my fault for not knowing about Certree I'm fine with that, but I am pissed that NOW it says its out of network and you literally cant purchase from them, but a month ago when transcripts were being sent, you could. Seems so unorganized and a very untimely switch. Again, maybe I didn't catch that certree was the preferred method, but I seriously don't remember seeing this on the transcript ordering page on the ecc website like a month ago..
Main issue now is that nobody is returning my calls or emails, anybody else?
