It's time to bring back the non-stop route between London City and New York.
According to the E-JETS E2 Airport and Firefighting manual (page 78), the maximum takeoff weight of an E195-E2 on a 1,508-meter runway at sea level (5,8 m) and ISA 0 conditions is 58,000 kg. Given an operating empty weight around 35,700 kg and a maximum fuel capacity of 13,690 kg, the maximum takeoff payload in this scenario would be approximately 8,610 kg. Assuming a passenger weight of 100 kilograms, that would amount to 86 passengers. However, one must also account for headwinds on the route to New York. Using the GreatCirclePro website, I believe an all-First Class cabin with 28 seats is feasible year-round. Maybe an all-Business Class configuration for 47 or 48 passengers would also be possible most of the year on the westbound journey. An All-Premium Economy with 76 seats could also fly non-stop the eastbound route year-round, whereas a refueling stop would be necessary for the westbound leg.
