Should I store my 2FA backup codes in the same Enpass item as where I have the TOTP generator.

A couple months ago I switched to Enpass for my 2FA codes instead of Microsoft Authenticator because of the ability to use it on all of my devices.
So far, I have just been adding the 2FA to my items, with my backup codes below them as a sensitive multiline.
I am questioning the security of this method, considering ‘one app’ stores all my lines of defense.
I am not concerned with the security of Enpass as a whole, just if I get malware/ransomware etc on my pc, will my master password protect this enough?
(My master pasword is a 29 digit alphabetical numerical password with symbols)

[Windows] Enpass window still pops up when you say for it to go to system tray on startup

Please fix.

It happens on the latest Enpass version.
