Brand new to using a NAS and Immich.

I just did a 60,xxx file import and now I am getting a huge amount of warnings. "File has transparency, but is in a format that doesn't support it (jpeg). Considering using .webp .... etc etc".

Is this the main file or the thumbnail? I assume this has to do with the storage template format?

Please see storage template in attached image.

How cooked am I? Can I just run the storage template migration job it speaks of in the image? Should I use .webp or .png?

Edit: I think I figured it out and I need to update the preview format to .webp instead of .jpeg

NEXT Question: There are like 4xxx discarded files. Where can I find the logs to see what happened? What is the best plan of action for discards? I don't even really know what they are.

About 5 seconds after I unlock the app ... it completely crashes. I cannot even keep it open long enough to check what version it is. I think its 6.12.5? Anyway, it crashes every. single. time I unlock it.

They unfortunately have about 15 crash reports from me as there is no way to restart the app without sending a report. Is this happening for anyone else ? Should I try an older build ?

Trying to delete my account because Arc is done apparently? I just installed it today, lol. Is there an email I can use to contact support to delete my account? Account deletion inside Arc itself does not work and crashes. The AI agent trying to speak to on the Arc website tries to transfer me to a human after it cannot delete my account and then ghosts me, just like that girl from the bar. Thanks in advance.

Hello and thank you for your time. I am looking to change the location of the Proton Drive folder to an external. I am able to do this farily easily with DropBox, however I am not seeing a setting in Proton Drive ? Is it possible to change it with Terminal ? Thanks ahead of time.
