For someone new to running, how do you train to improve your time?
I have seen people take carb gel during their runs. I am just curious to know if it is a necessity while going for a marathon.
Let me know if you have any other better suggestions under 10k INR
What is the purchase that you did for running that you find the most useful? When you think about it now, you wont be able to go back from it.
For me it will be my socks. I think socks are really underrated. But a good moisture-wicking socks can save a lot of issues like blisters and all. Very good purchase.
To all the people out there, who has been running for a long time. What is the motivation for you to start and keep running to this day
